AC doesn’t work in room
We found multiple insects in the room
Room service was terrible and they barley cleaned
Elevator takes ages to reach and it’s so hot inside
Pool is very crowded and very very small
Location isn’t that bad but there is much better
Bar under is very loud
The food is actually so so bad even the drinks
Staff was not helpful after we complained about the AC
We have to pay to have a safe in our room
Only thing good is when we checked out the guy at reception was very cute and very helpful.

We stayed for a week at the hotel. The food was excellent apart from the breakfast which was average. We had some lovely meals. The pool and hotel are right on the beach front so easy accessible. Plenty of sun loungers on the beach and by the pool. The rooms were cleaned to a high standard and our room was overlooking the pool so had a lovely outlook. We had entertainment for a couple of nights or music. The bar was well stocked as described and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

Отель расположен прямо на променаде бухты Мармариса, ближе к дальней южной части бухты. Локация и виды из номеров "с видом" шикарные. Ресторан на 4-ку. Много всякой шняги типа закусок, маринадов, несколько видов хлеба, а вот с мясом... Только курица в нескольких ипостасях и на обед и на ужин. По алкоголю ничего не скажу, т.к мы его не употребляем никак. Ценник был по 10 тыщ рублей за ночь 8-10 мая. Не катастрофа, но кратно выше чем было в 2019г.
У них нет своей парковки. Русских мало. В основном все европейцы.

I stayed at Poseidon Hotel with my sister between April 12–16, 2025, and we were absolutely delighted with everything. This was my 7th time in Marmaris, and although I’ve stayed at many 4-star hotels before, Poseidon Hotel is by far the best. From now on, I won’t even consider staying anywhere else! One of the best features of this hotel is that it only accepts guests aged 16 and over. This is such a great concept for those looking for peace and quiet. There’s no noise from children, and the entire atmosphere is calm and relaxing. Whether you’re reading a book by the pool, listening to music, or just enjoying the moment, you can really feel the difference. The cleanliness of the hotel is top-notch. Our room was cleaned daily, and all the common areas were spotless. The food was fresh and delicious, with a wide variety at every meal. Everything we tried was both visually appealing and tasty. The staff were friendly, helpful, and always attentive to our needs. A special thank you goes to Burak from Guest Relations. He is such a warm, professional, and thoughtful person. He made sure we were comfortable at all times and even took care of the hotel’s music, which truly elevated our overall experience. The atmosphere he helped create with his music selection made our stay even more enjoyable. In short, if you’re looking for a peaceful, high-quality holiday experience, Poseidon Hotel is the perfect choice. We truly felt special and well taken care of. Thank you for everything – we’ll definitely be back soon!

We checked into this hotel on April 7th with my spouse, and it has truly exceeded all our expectations. We’re currently on our third day, with four more to go, but we already don’t want to leave. Every detail has been thoughtfully considered, and guest satisfaction is clearly a top priority here. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed. The staff are incredibly kind, attentive, and professional. I’d especially like to mention Mr. Burak from Guest Relations, who has been assisting us for the past three days with genuine care. His friendly and professional attitude made our stay even more special. The hotel is very lucky to have such a dedicated team member. The food is delicious, the rooms are spotless and comfortable, and the overall atmosphere is peaceful and relaxing. If you’re looking for both rest and quality service, this hotel should be at the top of your list. We are already planning our next stay here. Huge thanks to everyone who made this experience unforgettable!

We still remember our wonderful stay at The Posejdon Hotel, with which we are still mentaly connected, as evidenced by the blue Posejdon all inclusive wristbands on our hands. We haven't taken them off since returning to Poland;-))) All the hotel staff, especially the restaurant and bar, is excellent, helpful, empathetic, and especially Ismail, a phenomental employee and a wonderful person:-))) We will be happy to come back to The Hotel Posejdon again. I turned up at the hotel and expected a Sea View room as per my booking. What I got was a side sea view room which if you lean over the balcony you can get a glimpse of the sea. What I do see from my room is lots of other room balcony's. I showed them my booking receipt and they said it must be wrong. I have made an appointment to see the manager to try and have the issue resolved. Having reviewed other people's comments this seems to be the norm for this hotel.

I stayed at this hotel in early May. This is my second time in Marmaris specifically. Having stayed at Blue Bay in the last year.The hotel is the cleanest we have ever stayed in, it is well situated in central Marmaris. 25 mins walk tO the harbour and Bazaars. Beautiful Pool area and so clean. Snack bar is lovely (pizza chips burgers). We Thank the Burak. He was very helpful for us.
