Club Anastasia - Family Hotel

The best Apartments in Marmaris. We've been coming here for many years. We have never had a problem. We love it. The pool area is immaculately clean. The Havana bar serves amazing food and the guys that work in Havana bar are so friendly. Dawn, who is the guest relations manager will go the extra mile and help wherever she can. If ever you have a problem speak to Dawn and it's sorted out within minutes. She really is a superstar.

This is our 3rd year in a row comming up in August staying at anastasia. Dawn was a great help for any enquiries also advising our daughters age 17 and 18yrs on how to stay safe when on nights out. We stayed in the newer block last Yr and was fantastic with a pool view. We will be looking forward to seeing the new improvements this year. We love this hotel as bar staff , entertainment and food all lovely. Yes you did have to get up early to get a sunbed but that is the same everywhere you go.we are looking forward to our summer holiday in August.

We arrived 3rd October, we were met at reception by a very friendly lady, she was quick to get us checked in and we were shown to our one bedroomed apartment. The room was a good size with a large living area with two sofa beds, kitchen area with fridge and a tv. The bedroom was again a good size with a good size mirror and dressing table, ideal for my two daughters and me! The apartment was clean and was kept that way by our cleaner, the team of cleaners were really hard working and very pleasant. The pool area was big, there was plenty of sunbeds, never an issue to get 4 together, plenty of umbrellas and shady areas for myself and my eldest (gingers). The pool areas, bar, outside restaurant and reception were immaculate. The entertainment team kept us laughing all day, they work very hard. All in all, we had an amazing holiday and can't wait to get booking again.

Best holiday iv ever been on staff and entertainment team are the best about couldn't fault any of them can't wait to go back 2025 if on arrival you have any problems Dawn's your woman to sort them out she's simply the best no problems to big for her

Well, we've just arrived back home today from our family holiday, and I can honestly say we had a great time. Firstly, I would like to thank Dawn as I emailed her just before travelling to Turkey and asked if we could get a pool view room, and she certainly didn't let us down room 715. It was perfect. it just needs a little updating and a few things fixing, but you only sleep in there, so thank you. I met some great people, which was the staff at Club Anastasia they are the most hard-working and very friendly people together with being funny. They certainly made our holiday fun and gave us some great memories. JOHN, SIMBA, OZZY, and CILA were fantastic with the kids from the moment they arrived to the moment they finished. They made the days so enjoyable, and there was never a dull moment with them around a fantastic asset to the hotels entertainment bingo as you've never played before . I would also like to thank the waiters for running around after us in extreme heat and always had time for you, and nothing was never a problem, so FEROO (Keep learning that english), ENES (aka handsome boy or lovely jubbly) also JAMES (Bond), MUSTAFA, ALI and the bar staff your all fantastic and extraordinary people you all are also an asset to Club Anastasia.thank you for the great times. Thank you for my holiday nickname, SHREK I would like to just give a personal note to SIMBA. Me and my wife had a very interesting conversation with you, and you explained that your family was caught up with the resent earthquake that happened in Turkey and that it destroyed your family home and that your family members survived this nightmare but you had very close friends that weren't so lucky which was very sad to hear. But I just wanted to say for this to happen to you, and you can turn up every day with a massive smile and make very ones day at Club Anastasia an unforgettable one. You SIMBA are a very special person, and I'm so glad I had the pleasure of meeting you and my family wish you and your family all the very best in life and health. Take care, mate, and hopefully, we will meet again in the future.

I have just returned home this morning from an 11 day stay!! I have been to this hotel a few times and always recommend but this time was different from others! We arrived early on Monday 16th September to our pool view room no issues, room clean and good size! As I left and headed out to marmaris that day I had an accident and ended up in serious pain throughout the night!! Dawn the guest manager called doctor who quickly realised I needed hospital treatment and was taken by car. Dawn travelled with me and made sure I was ok!! This was a godsend and couldn’t have did this without her!!! Following health and safety I had to be moved room due to no lift in area I was in and was quickly moved to bottom floor as I was on crutches!! Again room was very clean and spacious!! I was helped continuously by all staff to make my holiday special!! The entertainment team!! Jon simba and ozzy .. sorry can’t remember the ladies name were Amazing and one of the best in the years I have been coming to this hotel!! Always different things on and we actually spent a lot of nights at hotel with them as good!! Including games during the day and a lot of entertainment at night The servers and everyone else involved within hotel!! Just as good as before and thanks again for making us laugh everyday!!! I will be back! Again thanks for making my 11 days amazing even though I couldn’t do much!!
