This hotel could be beautiful and so much more! I’d say the reviews are slightly unfair The apartments are unserviced and the staff is minimal I presume it’s a cost thing they do change managements a lot We had no issues the pool area is huge and did the job for lounging around in the day the staff are lovely and the location is perfect! The rooms are huge and dived into two areas very basic but again i wanted cheap and I got exactly what I paid for.. for the price it’s cheap as chips! it was no issue to clean our rooms our self and take our rubbish out daily we got supplies from migros i would definitely come back compared to some prices in marmaris it’s a bargain! Especially if there’s a big group of you and you need keep cost downs!

The location of this hotel is the only good thing about it . The rooms are filthy ,floors are black the bathroom was disgusting. Shower over flowed every time it was used . Asked to get rooms cleaned and new towels they gave us two towels for 4 adults. I went down 3 times to complain. The rooms were never cleaned there was bits of dirt on the floor our feet were filthy and had to wear flip flops all the time . We had two bedcovers for 4 beds there was holes in the towels and the bedcovers . . Do not go here .

UNDER BAD MANAGEMENT. We chose this place for its huge swimming pool, which is great for swimming lengths. Unfortunately we didn't read the reviews first. We arrived in the early hours and were led out of reception into a block across the street above some shops, which had unlit stairwells and no Wi-Fi. There was no toilet paper in the apartment, but luckily we always travel with half a roll. Next morning I popped across the road to reception to get it sorted, and that's when I discovered the management policy is to do everything to save every penny possible. And it's that attitude which completely ruins this place. It means promising multiple times to supply toilet paper, but really having no intention of doing so. They promised multiple times to clean our room, always writing it in the book (as other reviewers have said), but never did clean it. Only twice in two weeks they changed our towels. We caught up with the cleaning lady and cleaning children(!) in the corridor but they were only interested in cleaning the checked-out rooms and getting home early. We thought we were paying for an apartment in the hotel, and there was nothing in the booking to tell us it was anything different. I hate complaining as I find confrontation very difficult, but the manager said she could not move us to the hotel as it was fully booked. But when I said I was willing to pay to upgrade she got out her book and then asked for an extra £50 per night! The manager seems to love a battle. She criticised us for booking with OnTheB.. and suggested I should have paid her through Facebook! Glad to see OnTheB.. have dropped them this year. It turned out that I felt so uncomfortable walking past reception that I hardly ever went to the hotel to use the pool. My advice is, if you really want to come for the pool and location then do so, but as soon as you arrive head for the MMM Migros store to buy a bulk pack of toilet paper, cleaning equipment, brush and dustpan, large family bin and roll of bin bags, buy a SIM card with lots of data, and never ask the management for help with anything. If they had just been upfront and honest in their hotel listings it wouldn't have been such a nightmare. The other staff were mostly children(!) and seemed happy to chat in English, but as soon as you mention a problem they suddenly forget how to speak English and refer you to the manager. Be aware the retired manager and owner ("The Captain") has an unhealthy interest in young girls. We had a leaking shower cubicle so the bathroom floor was always wet (could happen in any hotel to be fair) but didn't waste our holiday complaining about it. I should mention that the penny-pinching attitude even ruins the swimming pool experience - the umbrella parasols don't have the correct wide bases and are just propped up with used chlorine bottles (as shown in another reviewer's photo), so every time the wind blows they're falling on you - you can never quite relax. This box is not big enough to put all the bad points in it the best things are the location,pool and pool bar and they run out of certain foods considering they give u a full menu. We are no snobs and we don’t expect 5* if we have not paid for it but this was 1* if that. As you can see from some of the pictures the problems we had with the room we had to go to reception and ask for the room to be cleaned 3 time, in 11 nights they cleaned the room once the room hadn’t been touched before we got there for a while, there was a sign to get your own toilet paper the bin should be emptied every day not once in 11 days , we had to do it ourselves and I had to get bedding & towels from there storage cupboards. The pictures they provide for the site some of them look good but are old & tired there must be set up rooms and as you can see some of the pictures the brochure is total different. All I can say think and look hard before booking this place if you can put up with dirty rooms lack of air con in both rooms at £7 a day then go for it but I have learnt my lesson from to cheap

We moved into these apartments after moving out of a disgusting filty one!! We had a fantastic stay everything was so clean & lovely big rooms! The captain who owns the place was such a gent and other staff were so lovely! The pool is massive and so clean

On arrival checked in staff seemed quite miserable borderline rude didn't explain anything about apartments whether it was lack of English I was not sure but was quick at charging £150 for safe and aircon for 14 nights.. On walking in it has a large pool which was a plus unfortunately the only positive Got to the room, it was very basic. No TV (ok I can live without that) no hair dryer no toaster just a little portable double hot plate a fridge a frying pan without handle and 1 cooking pot which was ready for the scrapyard,a kettle cups and plates.(so that's the self catering out the window) The apartment itself was dirty and I mean DIRTY.A fter 2 mins walking barefoot inside my feet were black. No info on anything towel changing etc.. Asked on several occasions for the room to be cleaned and clean towels and bedding they wrote it in the book at the front desk but only had apartment cleaned once bedding changed once and 2 towel changes in two weeks..even had to take own rubbish out to the bin. I mean if they can't be bothered to clean rooms at least leave a broom and some cleaning stuff in there All the staff did most of the day is sit by the bar chatting all I can say is WHAT A DUMP would never stay here again and would not recommend it to anyone

I’ll start with the positives, pool was very large and nice atmosphere, better than what I have seen in most apart hotels in Turkey. Lady at reception friendly. Pool bar drinks tasty and not over priced. Location very central. Negatives: Room was marketed as a two bedroom apartment but is in fact one bedroom with two pop up beds in living room area which gave me back issues after one week. Apartment doesn’t get cleaned at all, fair enough if that is the policy but I would be told daily someone would definitely be coming that day to change bedding, towels and empty bins but not once did anyone come. And the thing that ruined the holiday most for me was the inappropriate comments made to me and to other people about me from the hotels owner. It made me feel very uncomfortable and dread walking by reception each evening. Sadly, I will not return to this hotel

Read some reviews but don’t agree the only downside was no lifts . Clean and staff very nice no cleaning but plenty of rubbish containers around .would stay here again but top floor was a bit much with stairs , Captain very friendly and we all enjoyed our stay . Ozzie was ever present and willing to help with everything pool glorious but we like the beach xx

this hotel is very central to local pubs and restaurants. very basic. no cleaner comes to your room give you fresh towels or bedding. no entertainment. bar pool only open during the day. if u want to keep room on extra £50 which is ridiculous amount to pay. and buy own toliet paper. aircon is not free but depends how long staying as charge £7 per day . no shower to get ready flight home apart from poolside. void this hotel. push up bed in room which never do someone e like me as I would just fall through it
