Once you enter our gaited drive, there is a peacefulness that comes along with the fresh air and open space of our property. A casual walk through the center breezeway of the horse barn will lead to the upstairs loft accommodations. You will find beautiful hardwood ceilings and floors throughout, including the large bedroom with 2 walk in closets and King bed. A separate set of bunks can accommodate kids up to 110 pounds maximum. Our loft also offers a beautiful kitchen with views of the pastures, all stainless steel appliances and granite eat in counter. Bathroom shows off a perfect touch of country with a clawfoot soaking tub and shower. New GE washer and dryer. Open floor plan for kitchen/living/dining. A/C, Internet and TV included. Enjoy our outdoor lodge for cool night fires, marshmallow roasting or afternoons relaxing, overlooking the horses and cows grazing. Makes for a perfect relaxing point for the days end.We do not offer horseback riding but we will gladly introduce you to our farm animals. They are fun and relaxing to watch! And if you happen to see us out playing with or feeding the Mini Moos... if you'd like to join in and pet them and hand feed them a treat, just ask. They love to meet new friends. We raise miniature Hereford and Belted Galloways here at Mini Moo Ranch. They will spend their life as an equine companion or as pets. We do not raise for consumption. Our Mini Moos are full grown at under 39" tall, with some as small as 34". We do include a complimentary educational encounter to our Loft Guests. We have a beautiful 3 bedroom/2 bath 2600 square foot home, with swimming pool, gas fireplace, large yard and lots of toys and games if you have little ones. Part of the Rainbow springs community walking distance to the beautiful clubhouse restaurant. Master bedroom has California King, second guest bed is queen size and third has a single bed. Enormous master bath has walk in shower and 2 sinks. Second bath has a bathtub. Two living rooms, washer/dryer, large garage with a bike, kids toys, board games, corn hole, and rafts for the river and swing set as well. What this is means is you do not have to pay to launch your water craft, (ie; kayak or boat) You do however need to pay the $7 if you plan on using the KP HOLE facilities. (TO USE THE KP HOLE BOAT RAMP FREE YOU WILL JUST NEED TO BRING THE PASSES WE HAVE IN THE UNIT LOCATED NEXT TO THE FRONT DOOR, IF ANYONE ASKS POLITELY SHOW THEM YOUR PASS.)• KP HOLE is 0.2 miles from the bungalow. It is a 1 minute drive with free parking across from KP HOLE entrance or 6 minute walk.• Rainbow springs state park entrance is a 2.5 miles away. Reachable by bicycle in 15 minutes or car in 5 minutes. You pay to enter the park ($5 per vehicle). (If you enter the spring head by kayaking up the river that is free but if you disembark your watercraft on enter the park it is $2 per person) They have a BEAUTIFUL swimming area at the spring head and gorgeous walking trails. (You cannot kayak, tube, scuba, or snorkel from this point) (only swimming is allowed in the designated area and you can bring a noodle)• What WE like to do is; we drop our kayaks in at KP HOLE and we paddle upstream (current is 1mph) back to the spring head. This makes for an absolutely lovely adventure with beautiful scenery. The way back is very gentle as the current takes you ever so slowly back down river.
