We were in the area to move our son/football player back to college at The University of the South at Sewanee. We enjoyed our stay just a short drive to campus.

Clean and convenient to interstate. We just stayed one night on our way to Florida. House was clean and neat. Yard needed mowed and we couldn't figure out where the "outside trashcan" was, but overall very satisfied.

No night table, lamp or dresser in front bedroom, so no surface to put anything on except the floor. Also no top sheet on bed. One bathroom’s tub was dirty (with hair on bar of used soap), and didn’t drain properly so you stood in water while showering. The coil in the detachable shower head had a leak spouting water and a towel hook on wall falling out. I didn’t want to leave a bad review. But after I sent the owner a courteous and nice email detailing these issues, so he could be alerted in case he had a service cleaning and managing the property, I never heard back from him, which I consider rude, soI felt I needed to. And the person I was traveling with also felt the same way.

Wonderful stay! This house was perfect for a weekend stay for my daughter and I. Clean with everything we needed and just the right size. The owners were very gracious in letting me check out late. Will definitely stay here again. Would definitely recommend!
