The hotel is very close to Venice beach, about a five-minute walk. We were given a south-facing room with a balcony and a view of the sea. Venice beach is very lively. There are 5 stores within 100 meters of the shops. It is still a bit scary to go shopping at night.

The hotel is not far from the beach, there is no breakfast, there are slides for children playing downstairs, there is a small pier, but the room we lived did not have a bathtub, the children's room was dirty, the breakfast was ordered. The bath water was small. Hotel rooms have partial sea views.

The food in the sidebeach resturant is very good, especially the breakfast is very good, there are many choices, the quantity is large, except that it is a little expensive, there is nothing wrong. He took the initiative to upgrade the sea view room to apologize for checking in a little late, which should be worth thirty dollars a night. The Hotel is old but well preserved and it is very well located. It's supously alowed to smoke (everything) inside the hotel, what is highly unpleasant for non smokers. Although the service is friendly, it's poor, in our experience we had no body towels in the room and after I request it, I still had to wait a couple of hours to receive the towells which were in the laundry.

Great view from my room. Had an actual balcony. The only downside was the small room size.

Because it's a motel, I didn't expect much, but it's more spacious and comfortable than I thought, so it's a very satisfying dormitory It's quiet and the facilities in the guest room are also very good!
