This classic home has been extensively remodeled with luxury and comfort in mind. The master bedroom boasts a king size bed with private bathroom just remodeled, along with a 55'' smart TV. The other two rooms share a remodeled bathroom with one room having a queen size bed and the other one has two single beds. New granite counter tops and furniture along with new floors, beds, vanities, toilets, appliances and utensils. Kinda hard to find what hasn't been replaced. All other areas on Marco can be reached by walking, the two bicycles in the garage with helmets or a very reasonable cab ride. Not too much traffic on this dead end street to add to the calm and relaxing Marco Island charm. Beach cart, beach buggy, beach chairs, multiple coolers and an umbrella in the garage ready for the beach. There's also a Pac and Play, high chair, pool floats and 3 kids life vests.
