Our home was built in 2017 but we've recently updated nearly all the furnishings. New for 2022 includes all new linens including bedding, pillows and towels, a newly stocked kitchen, new couches and tables and all new outdoor furniture! When you enter the home you'll immediately notice the 12' ceilings and large open floorplan with full views through the slider doors out the lanai and pool. Photos don't do justice to how much space there is for everyone to entertain. The large island in the kitchen is sure to be a spot for gatherings! On the main floor you'll find a full master bedroom suite with walk-in closet and bath with 2 vanities and a walk-in tile shower that you have to see! Off the kitchen there is a 2nd bedroom and bath that is convenient for use when using the pool. There is also a den for those that need to do a little work along with a laundry room with washer and dryer. As you come up the stairs to the 2nd floor, you arrive in a 2nd great room with mini bar that opens up to a large balcony with furniture. There are 3 bedrooms, each with their own bath, off the great room so everyone has plenty of privacy and space. The lanai features an outdoor kitchen with grill and a heated pool and hot tub that overlook the waterfront view. For those that love entertaining there are 4 large flat screen TV's and a Sonos system on the main floor to connect to. Close proximity to everything, this home is perfect for large family gatherings or fun trips away with friends!
