Currently staying here great location but never again stayed here a few times over the years rooms are tired and in need of some repairs cleaning staff only leave 2 towels not worth the £300 per night price tag mould on the bathroom tiles chipped paint on the doors broken down lifts around the pool area is in desperate need of repair and repaving reception staff are alleyways grumpy on thing that I have noticed that they treat Spanish guests with respect and kindness this is my experience as per what I experienced attending the reception.

We had a lovely girls holiday to Marbella and this hotel was very accommodating. They booked taxis for us, the rooms are extremely large (we stayed in a family apartment as a 4) and very clean. Towels were €10 deposit that you did get back. The only things I would say need to be reviewed is that the breakfast doesn’t open until 8:30am which I think is awfully late and it meant a few of the days we couldn’t get breakfast because we wanted to get out and explore. Also, if you are looking for a more party holiday, stay in Puerto Banus because trying to get taxis in and out of Puerto Banus was a nightmare (not the hotels fault, just a locational thing) It would also be great if there was a pool bar. The pool area is small but nice, and a pool bar would really make it better. Overall we loved our stay and I would be recommending for couples or more quiet, quaint holidays, rather than a group of girls that want to party. Would love to come back again for a different occasion!

We came as a group of 5 friends celebrating a birthday so we're in a 2 x bed apt. It was massive (room 101) with 2 x bathrooms and a fully functioning kitchen including oven and dishwasher. We felt the pool opened quite late at 11am and although it didn't bother us, i wouldn't like to think I'd brought my son and had to wait around. I'm.not sure if it opens earlier in summer or not, but it does stop the 7am sunbed hoggers so that's a bonus. We didn't use the bar so can't comment, however it is a stones throw from a Mercadona to stock up and also a Starbucks. Its really close to the beach and the walk along the front to the main Harbour is about 15 to 20 minutes, however there are plenty of nearer bars and restaurants along the route. We got taxis to Puerto Banus one night and reception were really helpful in ordering them for us. We got two and it was average of €17 each way. I would stay in the apts again.

Just returned from a first, fabulous stay at this fantastic hotel. It surpassed our expectations in every way. The decor in the reception and dining areas is impressive and the whole hotel is sparkling clean. All the staff were so attentive and helpful. The housekeeping staff left the apartment immaculate daily. We loved the huge balcony (even though we didn't get the weather to enjoy it, or the pool area, fully). We ate on one night in the restaurant and the paella was amazing, served at our table by a friendly waiter. Overall, we loved our stay and definitely hope to return!
