Butterfly House Bahia

The supreme cabin we had was lovely. The bed was SO comfortable! Amazing pillows!! The best we've had, and we've stayed in a lot of places! We appreciated the fridge in the room and the rustic decor was lovely. The drainage didnt work in the basins and bedside light on my side didn't work. I mentioned it but it wasnt fixed. Air-conditioning was lovely, but no windows and no mosquito nets, so had to keep all shutters closed to cool the room and not be munched by insects, so it was pitch black unless you had the lights on. We asked for a large bottle of water to be put in the bedroom, and it took 2 days to arrive. The hotel resort is amazing, the pool is gorgeous, and the jungle plants and paths, although very few sunbeds in the sun, so sunbathing has to be done on the beach...which is lovely. It was unfortunate that when we went the beach was full of drift wood...no fault of the hotel. Be aware the laundry costs are exceptionally high... $20 for a very small load of about 2kg!! Sadly the biggest issue was the restaurant service. IF you got the meal you wanted, you often had to wait over an hour, sometimes 2hrs, even when the restaurant was empty!! I waited over an hour for a chicken wrap when we were the only ones eating! The restaurant staff are all lovely, but don't speak a word of English, and won't venture off the menu. So if you want fish instead of steak with your fries and salad, you can't have it! Only fish with rice and beans and a local condiment. When they did eventually allow it, after 30 mins of translating and explaining...they charged the full Br98 for full steak meal, not Br56 for the fish dish, even though there was less on the plate! I'd highly recommend hiring a 4x4 car and driving yourself....The taxi back to the airport cost Br550, because the road is terrible for 45% of the journey, so they charge extra just for that! It is beautiful, and very peaceful, so worth a stay, and maybe as it was the beginning of the busy season, thats why the service wasn't so great.

Pousada em meio a natureza exuberante da praia do Cassange. Tudo bem rústico mas oferecendo o conforto merecido. Atendimento TOP nos fazendo se sentir “em casa”. Café da manhã farto e muito saboroso. Ótima opção para quem curte natureza, praia, paz e muito sossego.

A Localização da pousada fica bem distante dos outros pontos, porém a pousada é lindíssima, te oferece tudo dentro do próprio estabelecimento! Os funcionários são muito solícitos em te ajudar em qualquer situação! E fica em frente a uma praia deserta lindíssima, digna de cartão postal! O restaurante funciona até às 21h e existe uma outra opção perto aberto até 22h! Único ponto ruim foi o mosquiteiro que cobre a cama estar sujo e atacar minha rinite.. mas eles prontamente foram limpar e tudo se resolveu!

Excelente em todos os aspectos! Ideal para quem busca um lugar tranquilo com acomodações singulares e praia praticamente particular. Restaurante tem excelentes opções todas muito bem preparadas. Atendimento muito carinhoso e especial de toda equipe.

A pousada é muito bonita, bem decorada, confortável, comida ótima, funcionários muito atenciosos e simpáticos e fica em frente a praia! É um pedaço do paraíso onde eu minha família passamos uma semana descansando e curtindo. Os quartos não tem TV e isso foi ótimo, pois a gente fez o que não faz quase no dia-a-dia: conversamos! O único ponto negativo, que não é culpa da pousada, é a estrada BR-030 que só tem buracos, tenham muito cuidado ao dirigir e não tem pressa. Recomendo e voltarei com minha família com certeza!!

Uma decepção atrás da outra, vou elencar para ser mais objetivo Quartos e banheiros sujos O berço da minha filha estava tão sujo q tivemos q limpar com álcool Quarto sem água pra beber Frigobar sujo e vazio Piscina de água marrom Colchonetes da praia e piscina sujos Toalhas de piscina tão velhas q não dá nem pra usar O serviço de praia só vem se vc for até eles chamar Ahh e só começa as 11h da manhã qdo termina o café da manhã Estrutura de praia, esqueça!!! Não existe!!! Literalmente tivemos que comprar cadeiras!!! Frutas no café da manhã? Só na foto da publicidade do hotel Agora se vc quiser comer uma tapioca ruim na Bahia é só vir pra cá Redes sujas Jardim abandonado Sem falar do chuveiro velho e da ducha antigi higiênica E se quiser adoçante esqueça pq acabei de consumir os dois últimos do sábado de carnaval Confiram as fotos Pena q só da pra colocar 10
