KA BRU Beach Boutique Hotel

5 Star feel in your private Villa Style hotel. We Stares for 5 Nights at Ka BRU and enjoyed it from the moment we arrived. The team is very helpful and super friendly. They arranged arrival (pick-up at Ilhwus and Transfer by car & boat) and the drop off at the Ferry to Salvador. The team also arranged day time activities with quads and a boattrips. All communication is via WhatsApp and super swift. The Hotel has a very private feel, we never locked our door as it is only 12 people in the hotel. Breakfast was delicious with everyday changing local fresh pressed juices and a egg speciality. Pool Lunch and Dinner is prepared by two Starchefs Leo and Lucas from SP, super fresh and creative. Our favorite Team member is Alma from Argentina who delivers great hospitailty with a personal touch!

It was our 5th time here (almost every year since it opened) and it still is our favourite place on earth. Absolute paradise to relax, enjoy the nature, great food, great service and forget the rest of the world. The location by the sweet water lake with sunset view is perfect and dream beaches are are a short car drive away (rent an SUV if you can). Go here if you haven't been, words cland pictures cannot describe it well enough.

We went for my 60'ties Birthday and it was amazing. We had a nice spacious room, with a hughe bathroom. The room features a terrace, which gives you direct access to the pool, garden, restaurant and the beack of course. Being a 6 rooms, for adults only Hotel, the quiet and peacefull envoirement we were looking for was guaranteed. Staff is certainly one of the highlights. Everyone is very well trained and without exceptions very kind and helpfull. Special reference to the kitchen with the excelent cooks, at breakfast, lunch and dinner. My wife is Vegan, and she had never been so well served as during these five days. Special thanks to Carlos, Eduardo and Vera (breakfast and sweets). Also the rest of the personnel deserves a compliment: Meyna, Alma, Caio, Roger. Daniela, the owner, has done a great job. This certainly is a place we would love to be back sometime in the future. One thing we recommend is a day trip with the boat to the islands and sandbanks in the reagion. You may want to include a trip to a waterfall. Suggestion: ask for 'Jorginho' to be the captain of your trip. He will tell you best what should be seen and at what hour of the day it would be better to go. Don´t miss this! If there is something we might suggest as an improvement: the canoe service to cross the river/sea straight, could be offered as a complimentary service or if not, being added to the consumption bill. This would make live easier for everyone.

Everything was truly amazing and exceeded our expectations - the food was incredible, the room was very cosy and bed super comfortable, the views are insane (the sunset, wow!), the staff were always very nice, friendly and polite and the place itself is just beautiful with simple but stunning decor. I can't recommend Ka Bru enough and will definitely stay here again!

Nós tivemos uma ótima viagem! A comida aqui é incrível, sempre diferente, bem temperada e deliciosa! O café da manhã é indispensável, todo dia com novas opções e todas gostosas! De atendimento, Cauã e Alma foram super educados e atenciosos! O hotel é lindo e chique, você se sente muito bem aproveitando toda a área externa e o quarto! A área é toda muito limpa e com cheirinho de camomila. Ainda é possível pegar o barquinho e rapidamente passear pelo centro da cidade! Adoramos cada minuto, vale muito a viagem - em meia hora no hotel você já esqueceu a estrada de terra e não quer ir embora! E ainda tem o Zeus, o cachorro mais fofo da península. Ficamos quatro diárias e poderíamos passar a semana sem problemas :)

Nossa primeira viagem casados, não poderia ter sido em um lugar melhor. Vivemos um sonho em alguns dias no KABRU Beach. Escolher passar a lua de mel aqui foi iniciar a vida em casal com o pé direito. Dias de desanco e serenidade, em um lugar reservado e exclusivo, que transpira excelência em todo canto. Tudo estava perfeito. Não acredito que existam reclamações relevantes a fazer. Sobre a alimentação: Nos ganhou no primeiro prato e quase que só comemos no restaurante do hotel. Entradas espectaculares com complexidade e variações. Pratos principais e para compartilhar extremamente bem servidos e gostosos. Sobremesas surpreendentes. Sobre a estrutura: Todo canto que voce olha é bonito, seja a natureza ou a arquitetura. Sobre o serviço: Espetacular, destaque para a equipe formada pela Alma, Gabi e João. Atenciosos, gentis e fizeram tudo com muita excelência, vamos sentir falta de todos. Especialmente da Alma que com sua simpatia fez das nossas manhas momentos mais especiais.
