What do you say. Friendly, clean, everything in good condition. All Amenities close by. Peaceful and quiet. Me and my partner recently stayed in a rainforest cabin which on the website it was described as: "Rainforest cabins allow for maximum privacy, located deep in the rainforest and separate from other rainforest cabins." This was far from the truth and so misleading it's disgusting! We expected to have a private cabin away from other cabins in a secluded part of their rainforest, instead we had a cabin that was about 4 metres "separate" from ours. It wasn't private at all, unless you consider private sitting in your cabin with your curtains closed. Not romantic at all considering we could hear the next couple across from ours. And "deep into our rainforest" what a pile! As for the service, we were greeted with a careless bothered tone, and then told to fill out a form, explained where we go to find our room and then that was it, no "we hope you have a nice stay" or something more accommodating, we weren't happily greeted, we just felt like a pain in a way.. I guess we weren't the only ones who got this unwelcoming welcome. The cabins themselves are cute and cosy, but if your expecting a private and romantic experience then I wouldn't recommend the rainforest cabins.

Amazing area. So quiet and relaxing. Bonus free upgrade was unexpected and incredible. Would definitely recommend to anyone. Great wifi as well. Cute little pool was nice on a humid day. Rooms were big and kitchen just giant. Bathrooms clean and water pressure good.

Very friendly staff and lovely yurt style cabin was very nicely presented, clean and had all required amenities for cooking and relaxing. Very beautiful area, quite and tranquil surroundings to spend a romantic retreat weekend. Thank you to the staff for the lovely experience.

I booked this for my husband's adult children and their partners for an overnight stay on a visit to see us. All spoke very highly of the accommodation. They all had an excellent night's sleep, the facilities were very good and said that the surrounds were lovely. So much so they would like to come back.

Good morning I am currently at clouds mapleton…I’m dog sitting for someone who lives in one of the cottages. And everything has been grand…I find the place completely tranquil and totally. Relaxing! However I am out of cottage and have been sleeping in my car with the little dash hound I’m caring for, been here from approximately 5am and it’s now 6:41am. Unfortunately I took the dog out for its business and half asleep forgot the keycard which I need as a key to re-enter the cute n warm little cottage. been freezing !!!!!!! Can anyone help me out, there appears absolutely no one else here…please assist if can!!!! Thanku for and at least the sun I now up…this ordeal of riduckulousness should be almost over!!!
