I went there because despite being far from everything, I don´t mind if it´s a nice place. I was lured by the nice pics with the blue sea, but what I found was disappointing, very calm, yes and so closed to the beach that you can hear the sea from the room. that I loved. What I didn't like much was that the water was brown-ish, I didn´t even dare to get in there. As for the hotel, first the good thing: LEO in the front desk went far and beyond to help me with my requirements, really seemed like the only person there willing to help customers. The room was clean, with a nice view and comfortable bed. The hotel has a pretty floating church where you can take nice pictures, it[s popular for weddings as I could evidence. Now, the not so good: Service wasn't as nice as you would expect for the price they charge; besides LEO, as I already mentioned, and the nice lady at the entrance of the restaurant, the rest of the staff was rather uninterested and unpolite. I went to the swimming pool the first day and there weren't any towels available. I asked one of the guys there (as of today I don't know what they were doing besides sitting on a chair and spitting all afternoon) if they could get me a towel and they told me I had to go to the front desk to get one...it was a 10 min walk from the swimming pool). I asked also the lady in the little convenience store next to the pool and the answer was the same. I went, asked LEO, he apologized and got me a towel (took them 10 mins to get a clean towel for me) and I finally could go. Breakfast buffet is mostly Chinese, and so is all in the hotel, mostly for Chinese couples who want to take nice pictures... I don't know what I was expecting, I though I would find a more foreigner-friendly environment, but I still have to learn to lower my expectations.

Very smart, there are robots in the lobby, and smart speakers in the room, which is convenient. The elevator needs to be swiped to get to the designated floor, safe. The overall service is very good, the room is clean, the restaurant environment is very good, and the breakfast is good. There are also a lot of equipment in the gym. recommend!

The hotel room is very large, with sufficient facilities and convenient parking. The hotel also upgraded me to a sea view room. The hotel was very attentive from the contact before departure to the arrangement of check-in. I booked a room with breakfast, dinner and hot spring included. Fruits were also provided in the room. The hot springs are also good, and the small train tours the beach resort. The dinner was a buffet, jointly hosted by Sheraton, Wyndham and Resort Hotel. It was very popular and the food was rich and lively. The evening performances on the beach include singing by loaned singers, a fire party, a finale and a fireworks display. Have a great evening. Breakfast is on the 7th floor of the Sheraton. The restaurant overlooks the sea, and the sky pool is also inside the restaurant. The food is delicious and the service attitude is very good and considerate! Next time I go out to relax, I will choose Sheraton Hotel again. We have stayed in hotels in many places, and this one gave us the impression that it is a true five-star hotel. From the location, service, hygiene to the quality of breakfast, it is all worthy of praise. Especially the handsome guy No. 5 at the front desk has a very good service attitude. We have some Travel issues were arranged very quickly, making our trip smoother. Maoming is developing well. We will go there again and will definitely stay in this hotel.

We booked a deluxe king-size room. When we checked in at the hotel front desk, the front desk lady upgraded us to a river view king-size room for free. After we checked in, the housekeeper lady kindly gave us welcome fruits and travel guides for nearby scenic spots. We returned to the hotel after going out for fun in the afternoon. As this place is close to Ma'an Bamboo Sea and surrounded by mountains, it is cool after nightfall, so we need to turn on the heating. Later, as there was a problem with the heating in the room, the housekeeper lady (Xiaoqing) helped coordinate the upgrade to a hot tub suite, which is on the 5th floor of the hotel and has a swimming pool, gym, and free laundry room ~ The view is mountain and river views as soon as you step out of the terrace! Later we played for one more day and stayed for another night. The hotel also extended our stay for free at the price of a deluxe king-size bed. It was really great. 👍For breakfast, since there were not many people staying, the lady will give you a menu to order from, and it will be cooked immediately. I asked the lady in the restaurant, and she said that a buffet will be opened when there are 20 people. Since I checked in on a weekday, it did not meet the standard for a buffet, but this did not affect the quality of the food. There were both Chinese and Western food. Moreover, the lady's service attitude was really good. The two ladies who helped with the check-in at the front desk were also very good. I don't know why my room card couldn't be swiped in, and she immediately went upstairs with me, saying that in case it couldn't be opened again, she would go upstairs with you~ Overall, the service was very good. I gave the hotel a little suggestion on the equipment and facilities. I believe that the ”AVANI” brand hotel will get better and better. The local luxury hotel, no matter the appearance or the room... The combs and toothbrushes are made of bamboo, which is the first time I have seen them. Although they are the same in use, after all, I have printed my own business card, so I want to commemorate it!
