先説好的印象，房間比較大，景觀就一般了，床算舒適，床品也可以。還有一個小會客區，有茶具，和免費茶葉，可以泡茶，這是不錯的。
但是作為一個所謂五星酒店，很多地方是遠不達標的。首先，車到酒店門口，沒有人來幫拿行李，看到車尾箱開了，門僮站在大門無動於衷。
大堂裏，門口，都找不到垃圾桶，大堂茶几上，沙發上，前一位客人留下的垃圾，也沒有人及時清理。
其次，硬件方面，房間馬桶的沖水系統是不通暢的，或者水一直不停流，或者就沖不了。很尷尬。
洗手池下水是漏的，洗手池洗着東西，感到腳就濕了，再一看，洗手盆下全是肥皂泡沫，就是下水管漏了。大晚上的，也不好叫人修。
早餐，品種算多，但是有的食物壞了，或者沒處理乾淨。魚是苦的。
訂單中包括所謂兩次接車和兩次行政酒廊，其實並沒有。

酒店大堂富麗堂皇，前台工作人員態度非常好，尤其是蘇姓女工作人員 ，很熱情，笑容滿面，當了解到我們睡眠不好時，主動給我們調整到高層的大房間，住的非常舒服。酒店早餐品種挺多的，有一些當地特色小吃。
