整體環境設施還可以，不算特別新，但氛圍感比較足，能夠有一些特色體驗，會有很多遊客入住和遊玩，算是非常熱鬧的區域。

房間很有特色，但設施比較老舊，並且維護也不太夠。服務培訓有待提高！服務員經常是一問三不知！早餐一般，和酒店的價格檔次不匹配。觀光電梯玻璃不乾淨並且清潔不即時。酒店門口坡道沒有平路，客人拉行李箱到停車場很不方便。

套娃酒店不是我住過的最豪華的酒店，但無疑是最有特色、最有意思的酒店之一，套娃元素無處不在，每個角落可能都藏着一個小驚喜，孩子開心的不想走。服務正常，設施完善，床品舒適，提供機場接送，對於一個邊境小城的酒店來説做到這個程度實屬不易。憑入住單登記刷臉，樂園景區可無限次出入，但是大馬戲和有些遊樂設施沒有開，稍有遺憾。

這個酒店須有其表，這麼老舊的設施，接着套娃這個主題吸引一下遊客。性價比非常低。到是與酒店的服務成正比。如果到了旺季可想而知，服務質量可能比現在還差。
