首先，提醒一下，網上預訂不可取消，哪怕平台取消成功率90%，依然會被酒店拒絕。
其次，酒店是建在院子角落的，陰森無光，像個被遺棄的住宅，進出碰不到人，房間也很暗很壓抑，外出旅遊快一個月，住了十幾家酒店，第一次被***。
然後是沒網，wifi沒用手機還沒信號，衞生間地上到處黃黃的，洗髮水蓋子周圍也是乾巴巴結了一層白白的，不知道多久沒住人了，窗户的紗窗被放在角落莫名其妙。
最後，服務態度差的要死，***，打前台電話接通2秒就給你掛斷，而且是接二連三，越想越窩火，簡直是史中史

酒店鬧中取靜，位置好，離中蘇金街近又不嘈雜。停車方便，周邊吃喝逛都很近，服務人員態度好，房間硬件設施齊全，衞生好。就是一些細節問題。如衞生間大但無一個掛鈎也沒有毛巾架，兩個洗手枱一個衹有熱水，窗簾按一下廳和卧室一起開關，電視雖有二個但看不了，説是網絡不好，想看個手機也卡，連用自己的流量都不行，解釋説是屏蔽原因。望改進。

這個和羅曼酒店是一家，他們叫這個B座，辦理了入住，自己提着行李出了羅曼酒店大廳繞到後面才上樓，一樓有點廢棄的感覺，房間設計很不合理，有客廳衞生間和卧室三部分，客廳就沒用，衞生間很大，但洗漱盆下水的地方要很使勁才能摳起來，卧室就太小了，牆和床之間的距離身材豐滿一點的都需要側身通過；因為當天到了已經十點多了，孩子睡的也晚，早晨起不來，第二天我過去問看能否給孩子打包一點早餐，門口的店員説可以，裏面的服務生直接讓我自己用盤子端過去，問有沒有餐盒，很兇的説哪來那些東西呢，外面8度的天氣，我得端到外面再端到房子裏面還能吃嗎？問有沒有塑料袋，給了四個特別小的袋子，衹能裝了點饅頭和煮雞蛋，出來到大廳的時候聽見別的房客説，這啥酒店，連熱水都沒有，看了下，有好多都是旅遊團的；退房的時候過去問有沒有熱水，一個雙腿搭在椅子上玩兒手機頭都沒抬，另一個很敷衍的用頭示意了一下暖水壺的位置，自己倒完水後心裏那個憋火呀，住了8天的酒店，這一家的體驗感排末位了

套房酒店性價比高，房價裝修高檔，設施一應具全，電梯一層一個房間，旺季這個價格比其他的性價比高，就在羅曼假日酒店後院內，導航羅曼假日酒店由保安安排停車位置，旺季出門停車也還方便，出門就是步行街，走下去不遠就是盧布裏那幾個網紅俄餐廳。不好的地方：新裝修的關係，還是稍有點味；浴室蓬頭出水太小，但洗漱台出水大，估計是在房外被關了？或是故障，當晚艱難洗完澡洗完澡，報修，結果用房間電話打前台、客房服務電話都沒人接。還有就是房間內用水為百歲山，好評，但衹放了兩瓶，因電話沒人接的關係，不知道能不能續。

此酒店與羅曼假日酒店一家的，俄式套房酒店在附樓後院😭😭老式設施，酒店房間的衞生間洗臉池漏水（櫃子裏放毛巾墊着）總枱也不告知一下，很不爽，缺乏誠信，今天8.30分去用早餐，真的是無語，服務員站着.看着，桌子也不擦，食品少得可憐，連基本的雞蛋也沒有，問了一下服務員説吃完了，還沒到9點就説沒有了，您們對得起670元一衹房間售價嗎，最不地道的是用二大盆白飯，二鍋小米粥放在長桌上，看上去擺滿了，買點當地大列巴給客人吃吃也不貴😭😭千萬千萬別訂含早餐，幾十元一位去附近早歺吃得很好很好了，關鍵是他們根本沒有服務意識，賓至如歸的經商道理，都是送一批少一批，把酒店搞垮，她們也下崗的惡性循環🥲望攜程也去督察一下，培訓一下服務理念🥹🥹回到房間吃點昨晚買的大列巴麪包！

位置好，金街1號，羅曼俄式套房酒店和羅曼假日酒店我當時有點懵，其實就是一家兩棟樓，羅曼假日感覺比較破舊沒有套房好，價格差不多。出門逛街很方便。設施衞生都很好，最主要含早餐吃的種類還可以

房間很棒，有自己的停車場，訂的套房正好就在停車的後院，很方便也很安靜。一梯三户，房間裝修風格很雅緻，燈帶多，不像很多酒店那麼昏暗，這是我最滿意的。服務人員都很負責，辦完入住是直接送我到後院房間的。整體感覺非常棒，下次來滿洲里還會住在這裏。
