The hotel may have good hardware as a venue for meetings, but the guest room accommodation facilities are simply not as good as domestic budget hotels. Most of the facilities in the room I stayed in were broken (several friends I traveled with were in a similar situation. Some people even woke up directly from the cold at night. Imagine the 5-8 degree winter in Germany). I was directly frozen during my stay. I had a cold, so I booked a double bed room with two small beds joined together. The gap in the middle could make someone fall through the bed at night. When I had to check out early and escape, the bathroom heater was not repaired. . . The attitude of the hotel service staff has always been good, but the problem has not been solved. When I checked in, I was told to pay for pre-sales, but in the end, I was charged directly. The most outrageous thing is that the hotel clearly agreed to my early check-out and only charged me 3 days' room rate, and repeatedly apologized for causing me bad things. Consumption experience, Ctrip actually refused to refund my last night's room fee on the grounds of full guarantee. This reason was not mentioned when booking the room, and the hotel did not mention it when I checked out early. Is it you, Ctrip, who is lying or you and Germany? What kind of deal is there between travel agencies that I have to bear? ? ? If Ctrip doesn’t have the ability to do overseas business, and while bringing such an experience to customers, you still have to be so quibbley, then it’s better to close its doors!

There is a gym, sauna, and the hotel has a dedicated parking lot. At the entrance of the hotel is a model and sculpture of Karl Benz's first car. Very historic.

Our room (2 adults and 2 children) was really big and had a great view of the water tower. Unfortunately, the room wasn't the newest. The curtains were very grey and no longer white. The bathroom was also a bit old. The room was clean, the staff were super nice and very accommodating, thumbs up. The parking garage with direct access to the hotel is practical. Unfortunately, despite the hotel discount, you pay €20 for 1 day. The location is great!!

Great location, spacious rooms, the only downside is the air conditioning did not work well, the room was a bit cold in winter.

The fire alarm went off in the middle of the night, which was quite a fuss. It's an old hotel, so it can't be helped, but it was a bit disappointing. The hotel is a little far from the station, but the location was good, right next to the park.
