Ulasan Sheraton Manila Bay

Fasilitasnya mengecewakan. Saya akan merasa lebih baik jika staf perempuan di meja depan lebih banyak tersenyum, tetapi pelayanannya kurang memuaskan mengingat harganya.

1. Pelayanan: Meskipun stafnya sangat teliti, saya menyadari bahwa memenuhi permintaan seringkali membutuhkan waktu lebih lama dari yang diharapkan dan terkadang membutuhkan beberapa staf untuk menyelesaikan satu tugas. Ketidakkonsistenan ini, meskipun tidak terlalu mengganggu, memang memengaruhi kelancaran masa inap saya. 2. Perayaan Ulang Tahun: Saya meminta perayaan ulang tahun, tetapi yang ditawarkan hanya balon dan handuk berbentuk kue, yang tidak memenuhi harapan saya. Berdasarkan pengalaman saya, hotel bintang 5 lainnya biasanya menyediakan kue gratis tanpa perlu diminta, terutama karena ulang tahun saya yang sebenarnya bertepatan dengan masa inap saya selama satu minggu. Saya baru menerima kue setelah mengajukan permintaan langsung. 3. Fasilitas: Saya kecewa karena kamar tidak menyediakan mesin kopi untuk kapsul kopi. Ini adalah fasilitas standar di banyak hotel bintang 5. 4. Pelayanan Unggulan: Satu hal positifnya adalah hotel mengakomodasi permintaan saya untuk memanaskan kembali nasi tinta cumi dari restoran luar (lihat gambar untuk referensi)

Ada banyak bar di sekitar sini. Cocok untuk yang suka minum, tapi aku kurang suka.

I love the location its near to everything First stay My kids loved to stay here because of the welcoming staff and the amazing care for the kids which the kids had so they always want to stay here Second time the treatment was so cold and far away from first experience Even for the kids Also the staff who were at the entrance of the restaurant were rude Before check up I complained to the management and they listened carefully and tried to make it up by treat us with some icecream Any way thats my experience But at general the hotel is clean and near from activities near by malate

A gem in the heart of Manila. Sheraton Manila Bay is an amazing hotel with friendly and helpful staff. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to have a relaxing experience at a plush and beautiful hotel.

Lobby and restaurant feel fresh and modern, while rooms look a little old. Overall is fine. Food is tasty. Bed is comfortable. Staff is kind.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff was extremely friendly, the room was clean and spacious, and the location was perfect for exploring the city. Highly recommended!

Great hotel to stay. Near the US Embassy and very secure hotel For accomodations. Restuarants very near and very convenient especially if you like japanese and korean dish.

First time to stay at this hotel since it is no longer the Pan Pacific. Generally the hotel is much brighter. The food has improved significantly and the lobby bar is cosy. Some downsides. Front desk were not helpful in encouraging me to book again as they said my partner could not check in before me if her name was not on the reservation. As we are aware Trip.com only allows for one name on the reservation. So they lost the business to a competitor. On a note of more concern. My laundry was handled atrociously. I believe it has been washed but certainly not ironed. Absolutely unwearable. All else fine.

It was very convenient to walk to the mall for dining and shopping. Breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of items.

The break fast ambience and arrangement was so nice. I appreciate overall. The staff in reception is to be more polite.

Located on a street that heavily populated with korean and japanese food, you will need to walk a bit to reach other choice 5-10mins, few mins to robinson mall and mcdonald’s is a plus for me
