Unclean room: There was a used teabag lying on the floor of the 'freshly cleaned room' they provided me. It wasn't cleared even after raising it to their staff.
Unresponsive phone lines: I wanted to meet a guest at 0700 in the hotel. Checked with the reception whether food / in-room dining options would be available so early, and I was assured there would be. I called the staff at 0545 and 0615, and no one responded. Had to replan with the guest at 0630 at a different venue. I could hear the phones ringing from inside the room, and the staff was fast asleep.
Also, no hot water in the morning. And no one to help with it.
