Mandrem Beach Resort, a Member of Radisson Individuals Retreat

We stayed at Madrem Beach Resort for nine days and we're very happy we chose this resort. The resort itself is very charming and well maintained. The staff is fabulous and always willing to help. The breakfast is a mix of international and Indian cuisine. Everyone will find something delicious to eat. Enjoy dinner on the hill with the ocean waves in the background. There is also a juice bar in the afternoon. The biggest thank you goes to Zeenal who made our dining experience exceptional. You can definitely rely on her recommendations. The amenities do not disappoint. The pool area is very nice and relaxing even though there are only 4 sun loungers. There is direct access to the beach, which is the quietest in the area. The surrounding beaches are quite crowded. The only two drawbacks were: the lack of a regular/extra bed in a triple room (there is only mattress on the floor) and the limitation on the number of devices that can be connected to the wi-fi (only one per person; we eventually got an extra access, but it was not so obvious).

This resort is truly how the staff describe it” a hidden gem” and what makes it so are the wonderful staff- the true gems!. My review is heavily based on the service at this hotel: AMAZING! I felt safe staying here with my 7 year old! Not a single staff I encountered I have anything but a good experience to remember. So I highly recommend this place if good service is something that you appreciate! The room was clean, spacious and the bed was comfortable! Clean linen✅ the pool is great and the best part is the beach being a couple of steps away. And the beach is magical! Breakfast set up was something not any other place offers: you can call for breakfast to the room and breakfast is from 8am -12pm. And any service requested was always taken care of. Few things that could improve would be the food. It wasn’t bad at all and some of it was yumm, but it could be better! Also don’t be alarmed when you arrive, because the hotel is tucked away inside and you have to walk through a small pathway before you get to this gem. I was a little apprehensive when I arrived of how the hotel would be! But safe to say, I had one of my best holidays ever! Thankyou to all the wonderful ppl at the resort!

We a family of 3 ( Husband wife and 2 year baby boy) Had a fantastic and unforgettable stay in this property and it was all possible courtesy the warmth and hospitality in real sense by the entire team no one can be ruled out here on this. Its Exceptionally rare to have such a wonderful team working in such amazing sync like a dance in is finest form. Location: Bang on the beach a couple of minutes of walk will lead you to the beach that comparatively quiet and clean,small retail and local shops around the property (Walk able), the hotel has wonderful arrangements for parking so although at first it may seem complicated we didn't face any issue,It was well managed. Service: As mentioned in the beginning of this review their unconditional warmth and hospitality is beyond any words right from the parking - reception-restaurant-pool-room service its remarkable. A great team so much to learn from them. PS: This is not a part of service but a matter of hear to heart we had a 2 year baby with us and the entire team was so considerate of our requirements unsaid and unasked for,at the same time made our baby feel so loved and cared for almost like a family. Rooms:we stayed in the pool view room it was spacious, had great lighting and a lovely bathroom too,quite spacey and airy also the balcony offering a hit of the ocean to be admired. Food/Room Service: We were vegetarians everything that we had from the breakfast buffet to the Ala carte menu and room service was excellent one of the best meals right from breakfast to dinner we had there a limited menu but precisely to the point and also a huge breakfast spread incredibly fresh.There was something about the staff at the restaurant that i can never forget it was pure privilege to be around such humans. I hope all the best to the team and management we will certainly visit again next time. special Thanks to Amit,Zeenal,Shaun,Bornali,Parvata the 2 receptionist who were so loving towards every kids around in fact of being so busy at the desk. The restaurant manager,supervisor the list goes on sadly its 2 months since our visit and i don't remember much names but hope have been touched by the team and stay.

Amazing property,just what I had visualized for my husband's 50th birthday. Exceptional service.Made our stay memorable by walking an extra mile for us.Beach is just outside the property,1 minute walk . Well maintained ...room service was prompt.Not to forget the kitchen staff.Efficient!!!! Food yummmy .they will customise food according to your taste just in case ..kitchen is opened late night ,you ask and it shall be served . Front desk will go out of the way to meet your needs . All in all just sit back and relax this cozy property .

Brilliant stay. Very courteous staff, beautiful ambience, self sufficient in every way - there isn’t a need to step out with everything available within. Zeenal, Shaun, Abhishek, Vishweta and Amrish made the stay extraordinary going out of their way to make it an outstanding experience for us! This is now our resort anytime we come to Goa!!

We visited Regenta palace for a quick break from the hectic schedule that life had thrown us into. The room had an amazing view that opened up to the vast expanse of the sea and the beautiful see breeze just caressed and soothed each sore spot. The welcome palate was stupendous and the service was impeccable. Thanks to a very warm staff. They even booked our water sports spot and every was cared for. The location of the resort close to the spas makes it even more worth while. A walk in the moonlit beach and the cosy shacks in a sight to behold. The hospitality had the warmth that wants me to go back again and again and again. Looking forward to my next visit. Jim as usual was amazing
