Rooms in top floors are very hot. Request for changing the rooms are not entertained. Not all super deluxe rooms have sea views.
Otherwise the property is good. Food is costly

The booking was done be default of the same day. On contacting the property, they denied any refund or rescheduling. They took the money although we didn't check-in on the pretext of non-refundable booking. Such a miserly, and exploitative attitude! No one should ever book. Terrible experience!
