I was book a pool view room but they can give me a normal 1st floor room

electricity problem, water problem, rooms weren't cleaned in the morning, when we entered the room a rotten egg was present in the balcony told them to clean it they promised to come but never came, food was served in the room but they never came to collect the used plates or left overs bit disappointing but enjoyed the stay because of the swimming pool ( the design is top notch)

Rooms are ok. They only provided one towel for 3 guests and no toiletries were provided. Foods are very expensive with very limited options. And above all neither wifi nor the television was working. Otherwise the stay in general was fine. Sea is not visible from the hotel rooms but was very close to the hotel just outside the boundary of the hotel and the swimming pool was fine

Room are not cleaned. Also table are not there. Bed is too much hard. Pillows are not cleaned. Geyser was not in working condition

I had a wonderful stay at Sonar Bangla Resort in Mandarmani. The location is perfect, easy access to the beach and the market. The rooms were clean and comfortable, making for a relaxing stay. The staff was courteous and always helpful, ensuring a smooth experience. The service was prompt and efficient. One of the highlights was the food—it was delicious and well-prepared, adding to the overall enjoyment of the stay. Overall, it’s a great place for a peaceful beachside getaway. Highly recommended!

Nice hotel. Neat and clean. Well decorated lawn and swimming pool. Quite close to the sea beach. Food was good. Behavior of the staffs was also good.
