Hotel Manchester Cheetham Hill

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this hotel during an event at AO Arena. The location was incredibly convenient, making it a breeze to access the arena. The room provided was spacious, offering ample space to relax and unwind. One of the standout features was the reasonable price, which made the overall experience even more satisfying. Additionally, the self-checkout mini store in the reception area stocked with a variety of snacks was a delightful touch. I found it convenient to grab a quick bite or indulge in some treats without having to venture far. Front desk were super friendly and quick, made the check-in and check out easy. With such positive experiences, I can confidently say that I will choose to revisit this hotel whenever I have another event at AO Arena.

Nice hotel with reasonable price, also the room is large and clean. But there is no slipper or other items like toothbrush so you have to bring yourself. The location is near Queen Road Tram station but not close to city central. It’s convenient if you drive yourself, but a little hard if you take the public transport. I cancelled my statement at the last minute due to illness, and I found the customer services team slow to react and cancel my stay despite contacting them 4 times! Nonetheless I would like to stay there in the future.

The bed we slept in was not easy to sleep, with a wooden square in the middle. Just staying for one night and nothing else is wrong, the overall can be justified. The room was booked without a bathroom. They gave a room with a bathroom. Before 9 o'clock British time (10 o'clock daylight saving time), you have to go through check-in procedures, otherwise you will have to add 10 pounds. We didn't change the time indicated on Ctrip, and we were charged ten pounds. Later, the Ctrip customer service dealt with it in time.
