Leonardo Hotel Manchester Piccadilly

1. We normally check out 11am? But the cleaner man knocked the door at 1030am. He is polite but it's really feeling bad as it seems push us to leave asap. I think it need to be improved. 2. The room is clean, but the blanket and the pillow very dirty. 3. It's very silent room and close to the train station. You can walk to the station and take the free bus travel around the center. 4. The price is very good price to stay in Manchester. I will choose to stay here again if I visited Manchester again. 5. The hotel is also a bit close to the bars. But the roads not dangerous. It's seems safe.

Check In was super easy! We were greeted warmly on arrival and asked before giving us the 8th floor to stay. The staff were always smiling and helpful. On our last day after check out, we were able to leave our bags in luggage check before leaving for the train station again later on in the day. Great location, very close to the Mall, the train station and various breakfast spots just a short walk.

What a find ! Absolutely loved stopping here… Just a perfect stay ( wish I could have stayed longer )    It has everything you need !! Above and beyond for me !!!

Clean cans helpful this is my second time in the last 12 weeks being hear I love it

On the first morning waking up at Leonardo Hotel, I was tidying up the bed and noticed blood stains from the previous guests which were really obvious for the cleaners to see but they obviously avoided it and only covered it with new duvet covers for the next guests which was very unfortunate for me and my partner. Due to their unhygienic bedsheets, I woke up to spots all over my body. On top up that, the toilet flush was not working. There were hair strands and dust in every corner of my mums room. Last but not least, this hotel does not have room service… I kid you not, we called the room service requesting for bottles of water to be brought to our room and was told that we need to come downstairs to collect it ourselves from the bar. Worse hotel experience. Do not be fooled by the photos, I would not recommend this hotel to my worst enemy. Extremely disappointed.
