voco MANCHESTER - CITY CENTRE

Loved my stay at this Hotel. It was my third time staying at this hotel. The aesthetics of the Hotel are really nice. The spaces in the hotel are modern with a touch of luxury. The front desk ladies that I met during my stay were welcoming, friendly and had good vibes.Nothing beats a warm welcome. Check in was quick and easy and very professional. I forgot the name of the lady that checked us in but she was fabulous. We checked in on September 4th 2024 between 12:20-12:50 so the lady that was sat on the right side of the main desk at that time did really well n checking us in. The breakfast was okay , but it kinda left me wanting more in terms of selection. Maybe beef sausages or even chicken sausages could be added??? But it was still good nevertheless. The location of the hotel is also pretty good as you are able to go to access many restaurants… and shopping points. Distance from the Machester Piccadilly Train station from this hotel is super convenient as well. Would totally recommend this hotel😊😊😊

It was truly a pleasure staying in voco hotel at Manchester city center . The bed is cozy, including 2 bottles of water in refrigerator I want to thank for Dilijan’s service, he took special care of my needs that the top management came to stay and I wonder if any room available to check in earlier, he not only did that but also upgraded some other services. Gave me full support on hosting my bosses. Thanks so much! Also thanks to ioana for quickly arranging receipt for me and facilitating with Dilijan. I felt so pleased!

Room fantastic. Shower great. Bed comfortable but I've got back problems so wasn't the best for me. But I wouldn't detract that from the stay. Breakfast we had in the room. Wouldn't recommend. Not that it was bad just nothing special and bacon underdone. As the hotel is in a great location I'd recommend eating out. Would definitely recommend the hotel though and we'd like to return.

The variety and quality of food offered were impressive. From fresh pastries and cereals to a range of hot food, every item was delicious and well-prepared. It's a perfect start to the day, catering to all tastes and dietary needs. Our room was a blend of comfort and style. It was well-appointed, clean, and spacious with a cozy and inviting ambiance. The bed was extremely comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep after a day exploring Manchester. Hotel Brooklyn in Manchester is a gem. The combination of exceptional service, excellent food, and comfortable accommodations makes it a top choice. I left feeling completely satisfied and would not hesitate to recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Manchester.
