Ulasan AC Hotel by Marriott Manchester City Centre

Kontra: - Setelah kedatangan diminta untuk membayar uang jaminan sesuatu yang tidak disebutkan di mana pun secara online saat melakukan pemesanan saya juga tidak diberitahu tentang hal ini ketika menjangkau hotel untuk menanyakan apakah ada sesuatu yang saya perlukan pada saat kedatangan ketika check-in wanita yang menanggapi gagal memberi tahu saya tentang ini. Namun ini bukan masalah besar karena biasanya hotel menanyakan hal ini, hanya saja lebih suka hal ini disebutkan di situs web saat memesan/bertanya. - Lantai kamar sangat berdebu seperti belum dipel atau dibersihkan sama sekali! Kaus kaki dan bagian bawah kakiku tertutup debu setelah beberapa langkah. Jika tidak terlihat umumnya bersih dan rapi. Tidak akan menyangka akan berdebu seandainya saya tidak mengalaminya, tidak pernah mengalami ini di hotel lain yang mengecewakan. - pancuran sangat kecil, ini datang dari seorang wanita yang sangat mungil di 5 kaki”1 hanya selama beberapa menit menyalakan pancuran sementara saya bersiap-siap untuk masuk membanjiri lantai kamar mandi. Ya lantai kamar mandi bukan hanya lantai kamar mandi! Mandi itu sendiri tidak berkualitas baik, saya suka mandi di malam hari itu terapi bagi saya dan menenangkan kecemasan saya dan membantu saya tidur lebih baik tetapi mandi ini sama sekali tidak terasa seperti mandi yang tepat. Ini adalah kekecewaan besar lainnya. Mereka menyediakan pengering rambut tetapi tidak berfungsi, untungnya kami membeli sendiri. - Terakhir, tidur malam sedikit sulit setelah insiden mandi yang tidak mengganggu saya sebanyak itu telah diberikan kamar yang terletak tepat di sebelah banyak sebelah yang saat ini sedang dibangun dan mulai bekerja pada 6 pagi!! !! Ini mengerikan! Itu berlangsung sampai bahkan setelah checkout saya pada jam 12 malam yang benar-benar merusak tidur malam saya & suami saya. Kami tidur nyenyak dan telah memesan untuk menjauh dari keluarga untuk malam untuk privasi / tidur malam yang nyenyak tetapi ini adalah yang terburuk! Kami sudah berjuang untuk tidur dan di atas semua itu, pekerjaan konstruksi membuat kami tetap terjaga untuk tidur apa pun yang bisa kami miliki. Ini paling mengganggu kami karena kami secara khusus meminta kamar di suatu tempat yang terletak tenang dan di mana kami tidak akan diganggu. Kelebihan: - Terlepas dari masalah yang kami miliki, kami sangat menyukai hotel itu sendiri dan tata letaknya. Kami sedang mempertimbangkan untuk memesan ulang waktu berikutnya kami berada di kota tetapi akan meminta kamar di seberangnya jauh dari pekerjaan konstruksi atau kebisingan - TV pintar memungkinkan Anda untuk berbagi layar sehingga Anda dapat menonton Netflix Anda sendiri dari ponsel ke TV - parkir tidak tersedia dengan hotel tetapi ncp & eurocarpark hanya sekitar sudut berjalan kaki 2 menit - banyak restoran dan tempat sarapan terdekat untuk dipesan dan dikirim dalam waktu singkat - suami memeriksa gym yang dia cintai mengatakan itu sangat bagus & tenang ketika dia pergi.

Saya datang untuk hidup setiap saat, menyukainya.

The staff is not not really welcoming. There is blood which can be removed by us on bed. That means they did not wash the bed sheet before we coming? But the bathroom is nice.

It was perfect location to stay, we was to Depeche Mode concert in AO Arena 10 away to walk, rooms in nixe is well

Really really bad service, especially a Asian reception staff. Firstly, we live in a room which is close to a barbecue restaurant downstairs, the smoke directly poured into the room so we asked for a change around 3 pm, but accidentally to be told that all the rooms are fully booked. However, meanwhile we can see a lot of guests standing in the hall to wait for a check-in. Liar! Secondly, the handle of the window in my room cannot be turned so the window kept open. When we called the reception (Asian man) for help but he just gave us an excuse “ The handle truly cannot be turned for some’ security reason’, and all the rooms are the same.” It was such a windy day and we lived in a room with an open window, suffering from coldness. After our repeated requests, the reception finally gave us a new room, and we found that the windows of the new room could be closed normally. But the Asian receptionist who was caught lying didn't even offer an apology. Liar! Thirdly, the air conditioner is my original room is broken, some receptionist who checked our room also gave us an excuse like “every room is the same ,just take it easy”, but this problem is totally missing when we moved into the new room— the air conditioner can work well. Above all, I’m just wondering whether the manager of this hotel is teaching his staff to lie to the guests to comfort every guest, or the Asian receptionist is exactly a ******, who treats people of different colors differently, treating me as an *****. I hope the hotel can give me a fair explanation.

Warm and Friendly staff , was so happy to check in earlier, nice location and easily accessible to city Center. Enjoyed breakfast and highlight was making my own waffles.

They gave us an accessible room which was a terrible experience. We tried to call reception to ask about the possibility of changing rooms, and they told us the hotel was very full and there were no available rooms; however, we saw some couples checking in at night and they did not book the hotel beforehand as we heard that the receptionist told them that they have to check if there are any available rooms (they managed to find them a room a last). The toilet seat is shallow which unfits us; it is also unacceptable that there is no toilet lid, and the toilet water comes outside every time we flush, which we find quite disgusting and unhygienic. The shower was very inconvenient as well since the shower place was not separated from the toilet place; the water flooded the floor and the floor was wet during our whole stay. When we asked the receptionist for toothpaste, he asked us to go down to the reception to get ourselves, but eventually, when we went down, he told us to wait in our room and he would find someone to get it for us in a minute; his tone was polite that we are fine with it but we hope for a better arrangement next time. Overall, the stay was unsatisfying and we would not recommend this hotel.

The hotel is very close to the city centre. The room is very cozy, clean and spacious. The hotel staff was really nice and helpful as well. The hotel is exactly what you would expect from a Marriott hotel - everything is just perfect and cozy. Would recommend to anyone staying in Manchester for a holiday.

My room was meant to be with king size bed but we got 2 single beds joined together, the single beds had wheels on them so they kept rolling away from each other. It would also move around when you’d try to get into bed. Beds were super high as well, and when they are on wheels it’s a bit tricky to get into one of them especially if you’re short and overweight. Tv was not working, super old so had no smart hub, so no Netflix or any other platforms, you can’t even stream your screen view from your phone. Antenna had no reception so you couldn’t even watch any regular tv programs. Other than that, shower was great and clean, everything else in the room was also clean and the room was pretty spacious which I really liked. Location is great, you have an access to a gym.

Good location , walk distance to everything in city center. Newly and qualify as mariott chain. Recommended
