Ulasan Premier Inn Manchester City (Portland St)

The room was clean but the only complaint was the window was locked and we couldn’t open it ourselves when we wanted you had to go down to reception and get them to come and open it with their key for the window

Good location, clean room, good customer service would stay again

房間整潔，早餐美味，性價比高；唯一的缺點是每天沒有職員自動清潔房間和換毛巾，需特別向前台要求才有此服務。

Nuestra estancia ha sido agradable, la habitación es muy amplia y acogedora. No obstante, estuvimos 2 noches y el servicio de limpieza no vino en ningún momento, pese a poner en el pomo de la puerta el cartel de "pueden entrar". Además, en el aseo había una toalla sucia (con bastante maquillaje) de algún inquilino anterior. Aparte, tras el check out dejamos las maletas en la consigna y cuando volvimos a por ellas no nos miraron la numeración de los tickets, si no que nos hicieron entrar a la sala para "coger vuestras maletas" sin comprobar si realmente llevábamos las nuestras... que obviamente sí, pero esto no da ninguna seguridad, porque cualquiera puede robarlas. Por lo demás todo bastante bien.

Premier Inn has a good concept with a basic room with decent beds and a decent bathroom. You will find anything you need there for a decent price. Especially if you are visiting a city like Manchester I would recommend a hotel as theirs. They have multiple locations and even 1 near the Airport.

The staff were super friendly right from the word go and we were able to leave our bag until checking in later, so we could go and explore. Room was comfy and the WiFi worked pretty well too. The breakfast was a highlight - great service and food.

I’ve stayed at this Premier Inn before so I knew what to expect location wise. The beds are comfy and the breakfast was tasty. I was disappointed however, with what sounded like building work outside waking me up at 6am. The window looked like it didn’t close properly. I wanted to mention it on check out but the staff member was busy with someone else and we had to leave. Not sure if return for this reason unfortunately. I love Premier Inn’s, but I might have to book another one on return to Manchester.

Regulars every few months here and love the location but noticed this visit the communal areas were looking tired- stained carpets and marked walls. In our room the desk had seen better days. All clean though and good service. We couldn’t sleep though as it was so noisy with a beer delivery early hours and kegs bashing everywhere. Not the best.

Great service, very easy check in ; very convenient location as it is very close by to all local amenities , good choice of breakfast.Clean and comfortable facilities. Definitely recommend and will staying here again next time I’m in Manchester. 5* out of 5*.

As usual premier inn was as I expected. Warm,comfortable and a great location. Rooms clean and beds are soo comfortable . Portland st is a brilliant place for all your city needs,whether it's pubs or restaurants or just strolling round the many shops

We stay here on 23/12/24 the guy who checked us in I thing was call Steve and he was so polite and imformative , very chatty and made us feel welcome so well done Steve. We were given a room on the second floor which was very dispointing. It looked like a spare room very unfeeling and in fact quite horrible. We do understand the computer allocated the room so we did not complain. We have stay here before but never had a bad room so we decided to over look it. However if this had been our first stay we would not return.

Paulo served us in the restaurant for our breakfast and was very very helpful and went above and beyond, nothing was too much trouble for him. He’s a credit to the hotel. We always use this hotel and get the same great service everytime we come.

Our stay here every year for the Christmas is always so welcoming especially when we go for Breakfast. We look forward to seeing Paulo. We have seen him every year for as long as I can remember. Paula is such warm, friendly and incredibly helpful member of your team always smiling and so helpful. I look forward every year to his welcome when we arrive for breakfast in the morning. He’s a true gentleman and a credit to the team. Look forward to seeing you next year and for many years after.
