Conscience and lots of restaurants around, especially for China town which has a variety of great food options.

The room was clean but the only complaint was the window was locked and we couldn’t open it ourselves when we wanted you had to go down to reception and get them to come and open it with their key for the window

Good location, clean room, good customer service would stay again

Nuestra estancia ha sido agradable, la habitación es muy amplia y acogedora. No obstante, estuvimos 2 noches y el servicio de limpieza no vino en ningún momento, pese a poner en el pomo de la puerta el cartel de "pueden entrar". Además, en el aseo había una toalla sucia (con bastante maquillaje) de algún inquilino anterior. Aparte, tras el check out dejamos las maletas en la consigna y cuando volvimos a por ellas no nos miraron la numeración de los tickets, si no que nos hicieron entrar a la sala para "coger vuestras maletas" sin comprobar si realmente llevábamos las nuestras... que obviamente sí, pero esto no da ninguna seguridad, porque cualquiera puede robarlas. Por lo demás todo bastante bien.

Stopped Saturday and Sunday night as we had a gig around the corner at the O2 Ritz. Hotel is in an ideal location, just 10 minutes walk from Piccadilly train station and close to the city centre. Beds where very comfortable as they always are at Premier Inn 2 issues - air con in room not working so room temp was a constant 27 degrees. Paid £10.99 for the buffet breakfast on the Sunday morning, was shown to a table to then be told that non of the hot drinks machines where working.

Tired entrance and corridors but the reception and room were spotless. We had a room towards the back of the hotel, was quite loud as we stayed over the weekend and there seemed to be a lot of activity around there but I’m a heavy sleeper so once I was asleep it was fine. The staff are great, they all seem happy to be there, in particular the man in the restaurant for breakfast.

Stayed for 3 nights in a twin room. Room was on the 3rd floor at the back of the building, very quiet. Nice clean room, plenty space. Lovely breakfast with plenty choice of hot & cold food. Friendly staff. Very close to the centre & train stations. Only negative was the heat in the room, unable to cool below 23c even with the window being open & the fan being on.

Staff entering our room unannounced at 07:30am with partially dressed children still asleep for them to slam the door when my daughter shot up without a sorry or a knock on the door was appalling. I went to the door but by the time I'd opened it they had vanished, check in desk had no idea who it was when we complained but would have been a cleaner at that time. Scared the life out of two children as the door opened facing their bed not ours. I'd have given one mark but the breakfast waiting staff were great and check in.

Great location. Cost of room was very low. Not the smartest Prem Inn I’ve been to but spot on for one night. Tip for parking use Q Park First Street. It’s a ten minute walk but saved over £20 from the Piazza option nearby and really easy if driving in / out of city centre

Second time we have stayed at this hotel to watch a concert in the city. Great location and comfortable place to stay. This time we booked the meal deal as we needed to get to the concert early and didn’t want the hassle of looking for an early doors restaurant as the main purpose of the evening was the concert. Excellent value for money. A two course tasty meal and full breakfast including for only £55 for 2.

Great stay in a convenient location, staff especially Paolo were great. Bed was comfortable leading to a great nights sleep and the room was quite big. Cleanliness of the room was excellent. Breakfast was excellent as always. Highly recommend this hotel.

Good size room. Comfy bed. Friendly staff and nice breakfast with plenty of choice including vegetarian options. Room a little shabby, pictures coming off wall, untidy paint work in bathroom. Lots of dust in curtain rails and on top of units.
