The best warmest welcome at a hotel in a long time . Simon on reception is a credit to the hotel and was helpful , knowledgeable and nothing was too much trouble . From where to eat to information about our stay he made a difference to our day which is a rare thing nowadays . The hotel is in a great location and we would definitely stay here again

On arrival my husband and I were greeted by a friendly happy guy named Simon at reception,, Simon is knowledgable, courteous and able to have a good conversation and laugh with you., it’s lovely to be greeted by a friendly member of staff. The hotel is in a great location with car park close by.

We were really happy with the room it was very comfortable, all the staff were really helpful and friendly. When we went for breakfast in the morning the staff were very friendly and we enjoyed our breakfasts before we checked out. Would recommend the hotel to anyone staying in Manchester.

I’m sure there’s not much to it which is why the extra care is noticeable. The food has been excellent compared to other branches I’ve stayed at. The finishing touches have made the difference. Credit where it’s due. Elsewhere as expected. Very comfy rooms. Very attentive staff. 10/11/12 March 25

I recommend the premier plus room upgrade. Great room facilities, coffee machine, vanity station, great shower, tea and coffee station available near the lift, restaurants, convenience stores and car parks are near by. Value for money when booking in advance.

Very clean, spacious room with a comfortable bed. Lovely and friendly staff that were beyond helpful for organising and explaining how to get a taxi. Excellent location. I felt safe as a solo female traveller and was near all the sites of Manchester. Highly recommend!
