Trendy Aspendos Beach Hotel

Hotel is great grounds are lovely rooms are nice food is excellent and choice is fantastic. The hotel is spotless rooms done every day. Entertainment was fine for it being winter season. You all so have games during the day. For side old town and the market bus stop right outside the hotel. All the staff were fantastic, especially the woman who meets you as you enter the main restaurant. You have to try the al acart restaurants. The waiter in both were fantastic, and the food was lovely over all had a fantastic time even though it wasn't that warm some days

Hotel is average. In Winter season there is no entertainment, outside pools are cold, slides, kids club all are closed. Unless you are a german speaking retiree i would not recommend this hotel for family at least this time of the year. We came here as a family of four including two kids aged 7 and 10 and we were simply bored and dissapointed. No music, no fun... kids were looking at the Dobedan hotel nerby, dominated by our eastern neighbours with envy. Tbh we also wished we were there. On the other side, if you look for VERY quiet lazy time and do not care about good drinks, but want accesible place for pushchair you are welcome. Inside pool is heated, there is sauna, gym and steam room, couple of restaurants serving selection of served differently same stuff everyday. There is loads of food, but quality for those who appreciate sophistication is poor. Don't take me wrong. It is decent place but far away from what we wanted. I am not a fan of never ending noise, drunk people ocuping the bar or contiuous engagment of animators inviting you to take part in ever more dumb activities but a bit of life would be welcome. Days are somehow short - it is not fault of the hotel but from 5 pm there is nothing beyond reading a book, watching german tv in your room or, if you like it, cheat Louis Vuitton or Fakemani at the local market that sells DiorNike trainers for 20€.

From start to finish this is by far worst experience we have ever had and first visit to turkey never again. Reception staff as well as others not helpful at all . Unless your German you don't stand a chance staying here. Not for the English at all. Absolute ignorance & arrogance from staff aswell as German guests. Only staff that were OK were roller skater waiters , bar staff at pool & pepe. Buffet restaurants worst ever experienced, food cold , choice awful, staff don't understand language. Reception staff no help, some staff rude. Room nothing replaced on daily basis had to ask if wanted anything and staff didn't understand therefore didn't bother. Mini bar disgrace paying extra for basically juice rarely. Tea & coffee never topped up for week. Entertainment catered mainly for German guests.

We have been to Trendy Lara hotel and wanted to try this hotel. It was lovely and clean and all staff we helpful and friendly. The food was lovely and always something different to try. We would like to say a huge Thank you to Hevra Karalar for the care and compassion after my husband was ill. Hevra came to check on us and find out how my husband was after being taken to hospital. The fruit and wine were very much appreciated. All the staff who helped us were amazing. We would also like to thank the other people on holiday who helped out on the 3rd February.

WOULD DEFO RECOMMEND. The whole stay was fantastic. The staff are amazing and friendly. Food is delicious. Entertainment is fun. Overall a very good holiday experience.

*HONEST REVIEW TO THE UK ** Firstly I don't write reviews much but this hotel deserves one. We wasn't aware that this was very dominated by Germans. (Thanks tui) Including the strips of shops outside . Side and the hotels seem to cater for German and other eastern European countries. We found the workers extremely rude and would ignore us at the bar , serving Germans first . You was definitely not treated the same . A majority of the staff were rude and blunt . But to other nationalities they were happy ! **Food- gross. I don't know what type of food they are serving . But it's certainly not Turkish. Breakfast was disgusting Unless you wanted to eat uncooked eggs and broccoli. Lunch we swerved . Dinner .. again not great . We are not fussy eaters what so ever. We were often not served drinks at dinner, as there are no drinks stations you have to rely on the staff who don't want to help :) For an all-inclusive the variety was poor. We barely bothered eating there. **Front desk .... Soooo rude and dismissive! Not helpful at all . You really get the feeling that British are NOT wanted here !! **Pool and beach are nice . But again, rude staff , they skate around serving drinks but again ... Only if your German **Slides are good ! Barely anyone there , so that was nice * Entertainment in German . Prepare for your children to be ignored!! **Rooms - family room with bunk beds is tiny! Balcony is tiny! And we had some type of nest on the balcony (insect) Front desk answer.... In Turkey we don't harm animals ?? *** We upgraded for a rip off price . Our upgraded room wasn't much better ( family 2bed room ) .. the single beds were squished close to eachother. The Aircon wasn't working properly and was hanging off the wall . The fridge wouldn't close. The electric kept tripping , so we had to keep the keycard in. All these things were told to the hotel . They were "fixed" .. but still not working ! Final straw . A piece of 6ft metal fell on my sons foot from the door frame! Management not really bothered! It could of feel on his face and caused serious injury! We asked to change rooms after the door frame falling apart. They reluctantly changed our room to the same room type "2 bed family room " . Well ..... This was a much bigger and better room , everything worked , the WiFi worked , the Aircon actually made the room cold etc. I strongly believe we were sold a dodgy/ unsafe room because we are English! Seeing the difference between the 2 bed family rooms is a joke! The hotel wouldn't even refund us for cost of the upgrade .... They had said that they sorted out the situations by giving us a free a'la carte ....however the exact same meal was served the following day in the main restaurant. Also the next day in our new 3rd room .... the toilet seat broke ! There's a massive wasp nest in the kids ice cream station . I made a member of staff aware or this and they didn't care . My 6 year old ended up getting stung on the head by a wasp. Somethi
