Hotel yang tenang, animasi di pantai, 10 menit berjalan kaki dari hotel ke Revy's bernyanyi, saluran air yang tajam, tidak ada telapak kaki 2 meter dari pantai, tidak ada kursi berjemur gratis, 90% rusak atau bahkan tidak mencukupi peraturan makanan4, Bisa terlihat bahwa hotelnya dulu sangat bagus, tetapi terburu-buru dan perbaikan covid (staf di pantai, animator, handuk dan sunbeds disimpan) membunuh keinginan untuk datang ke sini lagi. Kami membuat diskon yang bagus, sehingga rasio harga/kualitas sangat memuaskan.

Before going to this hotel we knew it was going to be a nice hotel, I followed their facebook page for months and I expected it to be nice, but honestly, it was even better than we thought. The lobby area just amazing, rooms clean and all furniture, curtains nice, lovely luxurious design. Very big main restaurant, food amazing, so much choice, it is impossible to try everything. Of course some dishes were served a couple of times but there was always something new to pick. Every single evening at 9:30 there were great shows at the amphitheatre by the beach, my kids loved it, me and my husband loved it. Just awesome, starting from musical performances, through some circus shows to motorbike crazy riders riding in a huge ball shape cage. On the turkish night there were camels ready for rides and also stands with some things to buy-famous bags, perfumes, clothes etc.. Very big beach area, comfortable deckchairs. Rooms cleaned every day, mini bar stocked up gor free, fresh room and beach towels every day, shops on the lowest floor with some souvenirs, clothes, bags, even prizes not too bad there. I could go on and on about positive sides of this hotel, we had amazing time and I was stunned by the quality of the hotel itself as well as the service, food entertainment and all .. this was my first time in Turkey and I totally loved it, I would choose this hotel again.

Economical hotel. Can say that is not bad in terms of the price. It was refurbished and not so crowded. Food - very good Room Cleaning - bad Kids club - perfect Beach - very good Best manager - Murat. Personal thank to him for unforgettable moments next to the beach. Thanks hotel and personally Murat for best Birthday wishes. He is the best !!!

The food, particularly the chicken, was served raw. Buffets and snacks were cleared much earlier than advertised. Definitely not worth 5 stars. Save your vacation days and money. Dirty bedrooms, rundown and poorly maintained empty hotel. The 5 star reviews are begged for by hotel staff…

I do not recommend! we were 9 people and 5 rooms, the rooms smells very badly, and full of dust, and very old TV, I had irritation on my face from the dirty sheets and pillows, employees do not speak English, if you want to make a reservation at the restaurant, priority is given to people of Russian nationality, there are two buildings next to each other 5 meters distance the fact that you can't see anything, it's very noisy because there are people sitting on the balcony until morning. the refrigerator was very old and it was making noise, the restaurant managers doesn't speak English and doesn't have any empathy, unless you are Russian. the drinks were nothing like the originals, they are fake products, very poor quality and there were long queues until you got a drink. it has nothing to do with what they present on the website. One of the managers, on the name Burak Akcay was trying to force us to leave a positive feedback.

Everything about this hotel was wonderful, the 24 hour all inclusive, the food, drinks and most importantly the team who work very hard to take care of their guests. The hotel entertainment is brilliant and is held at the amphitheater by hotels private beach bar. It’s just a few minutes pleasant walk but there is a shuttle bus too. I travelled alone as a single woman and was made to feel very safe and comfortable. The hotel security is excellent. Isco is an absolute credit for the entertainment team and very funny. Guest relations manager was very helpful as I struggled to get my online check in to work with easyJet app. Everyone was so nice there. Highly recommend the free photoshoot too, Ben is brilliant. You get a free photo and can choose to purchase more or not. Thank you J’Adore

Bad points; Food awful. Pool overcrowded. Only 1 bar at the hotel open. Long queues for very poor drinks. Sloppy room service. No bars or restaurants locally. Good points. Beach is OK. Wi-Fi is good. If you go to Side it’s very expensive. The bar by the bus station charges 10€ for a small beer. The real Side was flattened and a pretend town has been built in its place. Tip. Bring Euros, everything is priced in Euros.

I previously wrote a review about this hotel, detailing my horrible experience during my stay. However, I felt compelled to add to my review based on an unsettling encounter I had on the last day of my departure. The receptionist manager approached me and, in an attempt to seem empathetic, asked me to delete or, in her words, “cancel the review.” While she tried to appear genuine, the effort felt entirely insincere and left a bad taste in my mouth. Furthermore, I had emailed the hotel about my terrible stay, and instead of addressing my concerns, they tried to turn it back on me, accusing me of being malicious. They claimed I did not report any issues during my stay, which is entirely false. I clearly reported my concerns to guest reservations representative Malek. It’s disappointing to see such attempts to manipulate guest feedback rather than addressing the actual issues. This experience has only reinforced my initial concerns about the hotel's service quality

Stayed here for 3 days with my 2 friends and we had a great stay! Hotel was the best we have ever stayed in. Super clean and staff were friendly. Especially Bob and the guy from the smoothie stand by the pool. Food was hot and delcious every day. Would reccomened.

This hotel was definitely a surprise for us! Except the room, was everything very nice! The food was good everyday, there was much entertainment every day, everyone was very friendly and the animation team was so much fun! (Especially Bob and Isco☺️!) The front desk manager (a women) was not very friendly when we asked to change our room, because we were alone with two women. She did not take us serious a guest. But except her, everyone was so fun and friendly. It is also a safe hotel if you want to go with only women. We had a really good time there and I will definitely go back!

The staff were very polite and accommodating for us whenever we needed any assistance they would help immediately with ease. The hotel was very clean. The trip advisor falcon was amazing. The guest relation staff were great especially Melike .⭐️
