A large and impressive hotel with a great team from Sueno. During the week, there were 2–3 live concerts, making it a fantastic place especially for Turkish guests. I’m writing this review a bit late as I had forgotten to do so earlier. When we stayed there, famous Turkish singers Sibel Can and Ebru Gündeş performed concerts. As someone who grew up listening to their music, it was a wonderful and nostalgic experience for me — especially considering the reasonable price we paid for the hotel. Of course, Sueno also has a Deluxe hotel, which I imagine offers even higher service standards and better rooms. But for our budget, everything was great. The water park was very well-maintained, the food was delicious and of decent quality, and overall everything was satisfying. Alcoholic beverages are available, and you can even request premium brands if you like. Thanks to the Sueno team — I really hope to visit Sueno Deluxe with my family in the future! The only downside was that some parts of the hotel felt a bit dated. Our room was a little old, and because there was a fast-food area beneath the water park, there was sometimes a musty smell in that section.

We had a fantastic 7 night stay in this hotel, the food delicious and location was great, near the city centre, and one of the highlights was the incredible animation team. The only issue was with room cleaning - the floors hadn’t been swept the whole stay, didn’t refill the bathroom necessities. Otherwise everything was perfect. From the moment we arrived, the animation staff brought energy, fun, and warmth to every part of our holiday. They were enthusiastic, genuinely kind and engaging with guests of all ages. Whether it was morning pool games, darts , water aerobics, or the lively evening shows, they always managed to make the experience feel fresh and energetic and made a personal effort to connect with guests. They encouraged participation without pressure, and created a nice atmosphere. Especially big thanks to Abdullah from the animation team, who was very nice to us. If you're looking for a hotel with a vibrant atmosphere and professional team throughout the hotel, this is the place to be.

Hello, we had a family vacation at this hotel The first impression was pleasant, but there are some points that I would pay attention to Pros: - the sea, the beach are gorgeous, there is enough space for everyone, it is not necessary to take a place on the beach at 6 am - food, there is enough food for everyone, there were no really exquisite dishes, but the food is tasty and in sufficient quantity - the territory is large, green, the pool is in pine trees Cons: - during 7 days of vacation, the room was cleaned twice, the garbage simply accumulated and there was nowhere to put it - children's animation is very late, children's shows at 22:00 children should already be sleeping at this time, mini disco every day in a new place and you have to run and look for where the disco is - and most importantly, the hotel does not care about you and your vacation. The hotel is hosting a wedding, very loud music plays right under the windows for half the night. And if you think that the staff at least apologized for the inconvenience, then no. "it's only once during your vacation, you can tolerate it" and when we explained that we came from Ukraine and that we have enough noise at home, we received more comments from the staff "it's already quiet there and there's no war" The sea is really gorgeous and can cover the minuses of not cleaning every day, minuses in animation, but I have never encountered such a disdainful attitude towards vacationers. I do not recommend this hotel, especially to Ukrainians, we deserve better

I stayed at this hotel from the 24th of July for 8 nights, and unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing. I had high expectations based on the reviews I read beforehand, but what I encountered was far from what was promised. The cleaning staff were disrespectful, and most of the hotel workers were unhelpful and rude. They were unwilling to provide basic toiletries such as toothpaste, hand soap, or toilet paper when requested. On the last day, just before our flight back to London, a disturbing incident occurred. A visibly drunk man was holding his young child and became aggressive. There was only one security guard present, and I had to raise my voice to call for additional support. Instead of responding appropriately, the staff directed their frustration at me for seeking help. I was genuinely concerned for the child’s safety — she couldn’t have been more than 8 years old — and yet the hotel staff were more focused on protecting their reputation than protecting her. Even when the situation escalated, and physical force was used near the child, I was told not to interfere or raise concerns. They avoided calling the police and refused to involve more security, which I found deeply irresponsible. Overall, the service, hygiene, and general atmosphere of the hotel did not meet even the most basic standards. My stay here was a complete regret, and I will certainly not be returning.
