Lago hotel , best choice , food delicious, staff extremely friendly, always asking if we need something , always talking with us. Lots of activities , at evenings live music. If you want good atmosphere and friendly staff who always help you come here and visit. Thank you Lago !

Servis, yemekler, içecekler, temizlik, eğlence, kısacası her şey mükemmel, çok beğendik. En önemlisi personel inanılmaz ilgili ve güleryüzlü. Herkese hitap ediyor, ister çift ister aile çocuklar herkese uygun. Şahane bir tatil oldu ve kesinlikle bir sonraki tatilimizde ordayız. Teşekkürler Lago !! :)

Красивый, яркий отель, дизайнеры и декораторы постарались, сделали идеальную картинку. Много зон для фотографирования. Неплохой номер. Есть все необходимое. Теплое одеяло по запросу. Питание на 4 Сервис почти везде на 3. За всё время пребывания там встретился единственный приветливый официант- в главном ресторане. Чувствовала себя там нежеланным гостем, который случайно (бесплатно) попал в этот отель, и тебе делают одолжение, обслуживая…

What is not good. Stink in some bars Not clean by far enough because understaft hotel. To long waiting times bars, not enough staf. Lobby bar and beach bar horror at night times waiting for a simple drink. To hot in rooms facing sea. Airco not working in October. To loud music. Can not sleep before 01.00 oclock later they changed to 00.00 Some staff enters rooms when room light is red. Very bad!! Drink glasses horrible. Plastic dirty What is good. Heated big pool Breakfast very good. 24 hour bistro. Good but make more shadow places outside. Lunch/diner oke but needs more salt and spices. Sitting places a lot Swimming pools Beds by swimming pools Chairs and banks by sea but must be cleaned daily. Lifts very fast! Location. Most staf nice. A la carte service and food good Spa We prefer that they make price of hotel higher and fix the bad things. We would not return because of the bad points. Mainly cleaness of beach, chairs , tables , bars smell. If they fix the weak or bad points we will return.

Отель симпотичный, не большой. Территории свободной так таковой нету, везде все заставлено и бассейн большой. Что касается бассейнов, так из всех можно купаться только в 1 т.к. вода дико холодная! В других никто не купается! Даже на горках аквапарка и детского и взрослого очень холодно... еда не разнообразная но кушать можно было найти всегда. В барах есть и импортный алкоголь и местный. Анимации нет от слова совсем В баре на пляже постоянно чем то воняет. Само море прекрасно, пляж на 5+ .Все бы было нормально если бы не последние 2 дня! Отель стал закрываться прямо во время отдыха и сокращать все... от еды до развлечений! Это огромный жирный минус отелю.

Ménage bâclé tous les jours, obligé de demander des serviettes propres, ce qui se fait normalement automatiquement pareil pour les boissons le sol il fait un jour sur trois c’est absolument au revoir. Sinon l’hôtel est très jolie les piscines sont grandes et le personnel sympa.
