Nice hotel

We came back tonight from the holiday! The hotel is very beautiful, with big, modern rooms. The staff is very helpful and kind. The food is good and various. Also, the entrance in the sea is very smoothly, you can walk 100, 150m and the water is still small. This was perfect for our child, who he’s almost 3 years old. We surely recommend this hotel!!

Excellent hotel, amazing staff! Can’t fault them one bit…so welcoming and cosy. Rooms are modern and comfortable with lots of space and a freezing cold air conditioning. Especially ferdi what a super star…never not smiling. Brilliant

Staff are so lovely, everyone is very kinda and making sure we are always okay, the hotel rooms are very beautiful, and kevser is so lovely!! She one of your best staff 1000% , the swimming pools are lovely and the drinks are very very nice !!!!!!

Not a bad hotel by any stretch. However, our fridge was very noisy and safe was defective and neither were fixed. Staff pretty good and cats a nice touch that hang around the site. Food ok but clearer vegan signage and products needed. More water slides needed.

Beautiful Hotel very clean rooms and are spacious and modern.They have a great variety of food and drinks and cannot fault this hotel. The Entertainment team are brilliant very friendly helpful not too pushy big shout out to Cjan,Kevser and Burak all been amazing always happy to help you. Beach is lovely with private beach bar and jetty and jeep takes you to and forth to beach from hotel. Waiters in hotel are also very friendly and willing to help a big mention to Yasin he made us feel so welcome and made my table for my birthday beautiful Would highly recommend.

To start I’d like to say I would have given this hotel a 4.5 star review if it was an option. Now onto the review… This was my first solo holiday and honestly I couldn’t have been better, the staff from entering the hotel were lovely could not fault them! The rooms are lovely and spacious, they have a little bit of wear and tear which could be sorted out but other than that lovely! Beds super comfortable and the bathroom was lovely. There is free wifi in the rooms (and across the whole hotel and down to the pier) and you get a safe free of charge too. The only down point about the room is the aircon… the aircon only goes down to 18 degrees and when it is nearly 27 degrees on a night it’s just not cold enough. I was sweating most nights getting ready and it was no a pleasant feeling, also had to go back in the shower when I went up to bed to cool down. But as the week went by you got used to it. The pool areas are beautiful! Lovely seats to sit on and the daytime entertainment is fantastic cannot fault the entertainment team at all! I only spent 2 days by the pool and it was great but I spent the majority of the holiday at the pier, the sun beds on the pier are included in the price of your holiday but it is the cabana’s on the pier that are at an extra charge. The pier is just wow! But I’d say if you want to get a bed you need to be down at at least 7am for a good spot, the beds get taken up so fast! But the pier and the bar staff on the pier were fantastic I’d like to make a special thank you to Roberto the life guard who was lovely to speak to and very friendly and also Fertie one of the staff in the hotel, always smiling and always lovely! The food in the hotel was lovely, the main hotel buffet is what you would expect from an all inclusive resort, yes it’s repetitive but that is what AI is, the food at the beach bar is the best food however it was amazing every day! There is also a crepe lady who sits at the beach bar from 12-3 everyday. I would definitely recommend getting a crepe from her! The al a carte restaurant I went to was the Turkish one and just wow! The food was amazing! I stepped out my comfort zone and tried things I wouldn’t have and I do not regret it at all! I would like to mention that this hotel is very German and Russian dominated so there is not many English people in the hotel. Other than the little tweaks that could be made it would not stop me coming back to this hotel! I would definitely return. Loved my holiday loved the hotel!

Overall a very good experience at this hotel with lots of positives. Staff were friendly and polite. Hotel and rooms were really clean. Duplex room was great with shower and toilet on each floor. Wide selection of food at multiple snack bars and enjoyed the buffet at the restaurant. Deserts look great but were all tasteless so ate water melon every day instead. Gym was great but could do with a Wattbike or decent exercise bike. The biggest negative I have is the hotel energy saving. The main building air conditioning is either turned off or hardly on. Not very nice sat around the bar areas feeling uncomfortably hot. Had to return to my room a few times as it was cooler there. Throughout the hotel the lights are activated by movement. If you need the toilet the light goes out after 5 to 10 seconds which is ridiculous. The Italian A La Carte wasn't the best. The hot food was cold and the Tiramasu was tasteless and piled with powder on top. Steak was nice though. If you're expecting a top of the line 5* Hotel this isn't the hotel for you due to these small negatives. If you can get a good deal go for it but the negatives would make me look elsewhere next time.

First two days hotel was very quiet not much variety but then more guest arrived and the food had been spectacular especially on the beach. Rooms clean beds very comfy cleaners are so polite. Also my birthday was here and staff brought cake to the room which was very thoughtful Bar staff are very generous with the alcohol maybe a little too generous drinks need to be not as strong. Animation team you cannot fault they go above and beyond. Very kind, funny and just overall lovely people especially Burak Can and also the manager Mehmet İsbir was amazing helping we had a problem and he couldn’t of been any better help the situation was sorted as soon as he was informed. Foam party around the pool and white party were both amazing there’s lots of entertainment for the children this hotel is very good for young couples and families would deffinatly recommend this hotel. Thankyou for giving us a really good holiday brilliant team !
