Good Stay with Great Service – Could Be Excellent with Small Improvements We had a great time at Seaden Sea World Resort! The staff were incredibly friendly and service-minded (10/10), the food was excellent with a huge variety (10/10), and the entertainment program was amazing for both kids and adults (10/10). The hotel had so much to offer that we didn’t even need to leave, but trips through the hotel were also great value. Why not 5 stars? A few small things: • Water slides shown in pictures were removed before our stay. • Cleaning staff sometimes ignored the “Do Not Disturb” sign (though they were very nice and just trying to help). • Popcorn and candy at the arena felt overpriced for the portion. • Food labels were sometimes missing, inaccurate, or mistranslated (“Roast Chicken” was labeled as “Chicken Slaughter”). Overall, a wonderful holiday — with a few easy fixes, this place could be perfect!

I booked a last minute trip for just a few days and it was wonderful. The place is large and spacious. All the staff are incredibly helpful and friendly. The food is beyond plentiful I’d recommend guest services to help you navigate the provision both inside and outside the hotel as there are many! The pools are great and there’s lots of room for everyone. I’m a breakfast person but actually lunch outside was glorious. I’d recommend this all inclusive hotel to anyone who just wants to have a break from running the household!

Lovely hotel, very good food so much choice, relaxed atmosphere, lovely room, very good value for money. Had a big powerful shower. Some staff a little rude but mainly good, quite a few staff didn't speak very good English but good German, the majority of customers were German. We had a great time and would return.

General Experience We arrived late on our first day after a 1 1/2 hour transfer and the reception staff told us there was food available but did not tell us exactly where, instead just pointed. Luckily it was quite straightforward to find from the lobby but it would have been nice to have had directions. We noticed a strange smell around the hotel immediately as well which didn't seem to get better as the days went on - by the third or fourth day I think we got used to it. Our room was a nice size with a balcony. We had the limited sea view room and we had a nice view of mountains to the left and the sea to the right. One of our balcony doors was quite dirty and was not cleaned during our stay, but we left the curtains drawn over it. The beds are quite hard and you get given one pillow each which was not very supportive, although we did not ask for another as we weren't sure who to ask. There are plenty of plug sockets around the room although not always next to the bed - I'd recommend taking an extension lead just in case. The cleaners came daily however we only had towel art once during our stay - we did not tip after seeing this as we always tip at the end of our stay, so I wonder whether that's why. I understand the cleaning staff are busy but one of my favourite things about staying in Turkey in the past have been the beautiful art they make. We were given fresh towels every other day, and our water bottles were replaced. The bathrooms are spacious with a large shower, large sink, large mirror, plenty of counter space and a hairdryer. It was difficult to control the temperature of the shower as it would get hotter/colder throughout the shower. The hairdryer is not great as you have to hold down the button to use it, so it can be uncomfortable, but it gets the job done. The pools are lovely but they definitely need some maintenance as tiles were constantly falling off and hurting our feet. There are plenty of sun loungers and we did not struggle to get two together at any point in the holiday as there were empty beds throughout the day. We did not reserve any beds, and I don't believe others were either. During our stay there was an oktoberfest celebration with German music and food which was nice. There are a lot of Germans who stay at the hotel so it was a nice touch for them. The evening shows are varied - there was a karaoke night, a live DJ with dancers, a dance show replicating super bowl halftime shows among other things. The animation team don't seem engage much with guests at this hotel - they seemed to approach German guests rather than others. In my experience of other hotels, animation teams are friendly and smile to everyone as you walk past. After the morning song (which is in German) and morning dance, they run activities throughout the day and call them out as they walk past. Seaden Sea World Resort & Spa met our expectations – our stay as two families (2+1 each) was overall positive. The hotel is clearly family-oriented, which suited us well. Pros: The hotel is beautifully located, surrounded by lots of greenery and friendly animals such as cats, chickens with chicks, roosters and turkeys, which often wander near the sunbeds. Rooms were clean and fairly modern, with properly working air conditioning. The staff were friendly and helpful; communication is mostly in German, but you can also get by with English. The food was tasty and varied – lunches in particular were excellent, with burgers, pizza, wraps, burritos, salads and more. The lobby looks impressive, and the swimming pools had pleasantly warm water. Cons: The children’s pool was sometimes a bit sandy, probably due to the playground nearby. In the evenings, the hotel grounds and rooms felt rather dark, especially the bathrooms. Soundproofing in the rooms was weak – you can hear neighbors using the shower. The biggest downside was the air conditioning outside the rooms – in the lobby, restaurants and hallways it was ineffective, making the humidity and heat uncomfortable at night. Noise from the neighboring hotel’s beach parties (lasting until about 1 a.m.) and from nearby construction was also noticeable. Finally, there are no longer any large waterslides for adults – only small ones in the children’s pool. Overall, we were satisfied with our stay. It’s a pleasant resort well-suited for families, though there are a few aspects that could be improved.

Hotel is really nice, food is amazing, warm and clean pools, all staff understand basic english, beach also great.. BUT - there is SUPER loud music in the evening..we asked for room change, because our first room was with view on the show arena, and with small kid??? impossible to sleep.. after the hotel show there is another dance music party at the white night bar (also near the arena) a this stops around 1-2 at night?? even with different room on the other side of hotel, we could still hear the music VERY loudly.. I'm writting this review from my hotel bedroom, 23.30 and music is super loud, kid cannot sleep, worst holiday ever... and also - big slides which i saw on the hotel instagram are gone, there are just small slides for little kids.
