Exceptional Experience at Family Comfort Our stay at Family Comfort was absolutely incredible, made even better by the outstanding staff. Every single person we encountered was friendly, caring, and eager to help. We will definitely return in the future. Initially, we booked at the Selectum Resort in Side, but due to an unfortunate mix-up caused by our travel agent (not the hotel’s fault), we were rebooked at Family Comfort instead of the Family Resort. Although we were disappointed at first, the reception staff quickly put us at ease. They were incredibly understanding and worked diligently to resolve the issue, despite it not being their fault. Special mention must go to Mostafa, the manager, who was an exceptional asset to the resort. Whenever we faced any issues, he handled them promptly and with great professionalism. Additionally, Yunus, who looked after the entertainment and activities, was a delight to interact with. Ayanat from Guest Relations also deserves recognition for being friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The housekeeping team did a fantastic job keeping our room spotless, and the food was exceptional. The resort offers several restaurants, each with its unique menu and ambiance, ensuring a delightful culinary experience. Evening entertainment was fantastic, with talented performers giving their best in the intense heat. The resort also boasts multiple pool areas, waterslides, and easily accessible snack bars, keeping both adults and children entertained. Beach is only 5 Minutes walk away. Not too Crowded. Overall, it was a truly beautiful experience, and our kids loved every moment.

Perfect hotel for family. Kids are very happy: aquapark, ice-cream, water... We stayed in Lake House perfect for family. I would like to say special thanks for SPA Center men Azan for my back masage... I would like to recommend to go to relaxing Hamam. Thanks for all stuff we absolutly sure that we will come back.

Our second visit to this hotel first one was when it was Lyra resort. Some great improvements to the hotel since it has changed. 24hr food and drink available, including some premium drinks. Loved the addition of the kids shows before the mini disco and main show in the evening, Miss sitting by the beach with a coffee from the barista in the mornings. Was also great to see some of the staff from our previous trip. They really do provide everything for you to enjoy your stay here. Not a great deal immediately around the hotel without getting a taxi but you really don’t need to leave here. Lovely food, great drinks(alcoholic and non alcoholic) and a really comfortable stay. If your in the main hotel with sea view the sun sets dare I say it are better than Ibiza! Thank you to the whole team for a great stay your a credit to the hotel

Hotel location is very good. The turkish bazaar is approximately 100 meters and there is Lyra park shopping centre about 750 meters. The clean of room is not good because. the cleanliness of the room was not very good as there was dust around the edges of the room and also there was dust under the bed which was not cleaned. Also, the bed cover and bed linen were stained, we thought they would replace them, but they didn't. Towels were changed every day and a mini bar with all kinds of drinks (pepsi, 7up, mirinda, beer, water) was added every day. The territory of the hotel itself is very large, so a large flow of people is distributed. 95 percent of the tourists are Russian, and the rest are Germans, Poles, Turks and others. We really enjoyed the food, we are not very picky but the food was really varied. There were soups, meat dishes, many vegetables from fried to pickled, as well as a large selection of desserts. Breakfast was always more or less the same (yogurt, sandwiches, dry breakfast, American pancakes, eggs, etc.). Lunch was also not particularly different, but dinner had a different theme from time to time. I wouldn't worry about food for the children, because there really is a choice. Breakfast: 07:00-10:30; Lunch: 12:30-2:30 p.m.; Dinner: 19:00-21:30. All bars open from 10:00, but the lobby bar is open from 08:00. Ice cream can be taken from 11:00-16:00 and also from 12:00-16:00 the snack bar opens (pizzas, burgers, pasta, hot dogs, fish, fruit). From 16:00 the sushi/wok bar opens. The service staff is very helpful, we had no problems communicating in English. Regarding the animation: the evening shows 21:30 were excellent but individual activities such as: water aerobics, very poorly conducted activities, because the animators seem not interested in involving the vacationers. Access to the sea is good, but I would say that the coast is very rocky.Sunbeds both on the beach and by the pool should be reserved very early. Families with children will not be disappointed, as there are a lot of activities, including swimming pools, water slides even for the little ones, there is also an amusement park and a puppy kids club with activities for children. The territory of the hotel is large and clean.

We came here in October. Holiday are amazing, stuff ir reaaly friendly, food is delicious. Room is pretty good, cleaning is nice. We like the weather, it is not so hot. Sea is amazing. Animation is funny. Hallowen in the hotel was really fun!!!
