Tui Blue Palm Garden

Where to start, arrived at 3am greeted by the reception staff and immediately given a refreshing drink before going to our room a member of reception took our cases for us. The room was spotless and had ample storage and during our stay the housekeeping staff kept it spotless, clean towels when needed. The gardens are amazing and kept that way by a dedicated and friendly team of gardeners. The buffet restaurant is spacious and tables are well apart from each other and are kept very clean by the waiters. The food was as good as you can get and the choice was outstanding, fresh bread baked on site, salad and fruit so fresh you'd have thought it had just been picked and the cakes were sumptuous. In the evening there were always at least two types of cooked fish and a number of cold fish dishes, cooked meat done to perfection and just so much choice it was hard to choose where to start. It would be unfair to praise any particular member of staff as they were all exceptional and TUI should be proud of them all. The day beds are very good as is the service a slight word of warning the lunch is four courses so be hungry as the food is delicious. Shopping look no further than the local shops as the quality is very good and prices reasonable. To sum it up a truly amazing holiday.

2nd time at this fabulous hotel and we will be back. The food is amazing, the resort is kept so clean and the staff are absolutely lovely. We got a great welcome back from the manager and staff and all the kids club staff deserve a special mention. They work so hard to make sure the kids have fun. This was the 2nd year running our daughter took part in the evening show and she loved it! Special thanks go to Arda and Sevgi in the kids club for making her time so special.

5 star and no less. We visited April 2025. Weather was warm and sunny the whole week aside from one windy and overcast day. We have had the most wonderful week away. The food is incredible, so much variety, fresh fruit, salad, rice, potatoes, grilled meat and fish seasoned beautifully. Our room was immaculate, spacious and comfortable. We were pleased that we actually had a double bed rather than 2 pushed together as you do see quite frequently in hotels. The staff are friendly and cannot do enough for you. Pool, takes your breath away for a moment when you first get in but we had many dips and swims throughout our week here. Lots of British and German families. Lots of couples too. Bbq night (booked via Tui blue app) is a night not to be missed. We didn’t go to the a la carte restaurant (personal choice) but heard it was lovely. Lyra park- a big shop, is literally over the road less than a minutes walk. We actually preferred to shop here rather than other shops where you are expected to haggle, the prices were already reasonable and the range and quality was great. We felt so sad to come home and would without a doubt consider returning! Thank you for a wonderful experience.

We stayed at TUI Blue Palm Garden in April as a family of three generations, and overall had a fantastic experience. The food was without a doubt the highlight — the quality and variety exceeded our expectations. Every meal felt like a treat, and there was always something for everyone. The BBQ restaurant was a nice change of scene (though not a standout), while the à la carte restaurant was particularly impressive and well worth booking into. Despite a mixed forecast, the weather turned out better than expected, though not as warm as usual for the time of year. Of course, this is outside the hotel’s control and didn’t take away from our stay. The facilities were excellent — we enjoyed games of basketball, giant chess, and mini golf, which kept everyone engaged across all ages. The pool area was beautifully designed, but the water was unfortunately too cold for our kids to enjoy, which was a bit disappointing given the water slides were one of the main reasons we picked this resort. That said, the beach area more than made up for it — with a bar right nearby, cozy bean bags, and lots of comfortable seating. Swimming in the sea was a highlight for me on days when the red flag wasn’t up. We also took a day trip to Side, which was a lovely way to explore a bit of the region. The old town was great to wander through, and it was really easy to arrange — the hotel staff kindly organised a taxi for us that waited while we visited, making the whole outing stress-free. Based on other travellers’ recommendations, we also booked a private airport transfer, which cost £90 each way. It was definitely worth it — it saved us time and made the journey far more comfortable after a long travel day. Throughout our stay, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and our room was always spotlessly clean. Their attention to detail and welcoming attitude really added to the experience. We’d happily recommend this resort, especially for families looking for great food, excellent facilities, and a relaxed atmosphere.

Just got back today we’re already miss being there. From the first day to the last day. Dila at reception was so helpful the evening we got there. All guests get a welcome meal when they arrive. Food is unbelievable so much choice and anything we had was first class we enjoyed talking with our waiter Enes. All staff are very friendly and cheerful. Thank you Gorkan for the perfect strawberry daiquiris. The flowers along the paths smell so heavenly in the evening. Hope to go back one day.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Hernandez/Lennox (14-21st Sept 2025 - Room 3217) This is our third year staying at Blue TUI Palm Garden, and we are already counting down the days until we return September 2026! Each visit somehow tops the last – the hotel keeps improving year after year, but what truly makes it special is the wonderful Tui team who make you feel so welcome from arriving to leaving. It really does feel like a second home. Well done to the whole team of staff. A huge special thank you to: • Gulizar for her fantastic 2nd year of yoga classes – always such a refreshing way to start the day. • Elvan for her brilliant stretch & relax classes that leave you relaxed and re-energised. • Dila on reception, always smiling, friendly and helpful, nothing is ever too much trouble. • Ramazon at water sports, who makes every activity safe, fun, and memorable. • Hatiz K, our room attendant, who keeps everything spotless and always greets us with a smile. And of course, all the amazing restaurant team – Dilek, Yusouf Ari and Memet (I’m learning!) – thank you for your warmth, attentiveness, and making every meal such a pleasure. A very special thank you also goes to all the staff who worked tirelessly all day Friday after the wind damage. The effort put in to make sure nothing disrupted any part of our holiday was incredible – your hard work did not go unnoticed and was so appreciated. Blue TUI Palm Garden isn’t just a holiday destination, it’s a little piece of heaven filled with people who care and go the extra mile.
