Hotel idealny na wakacyjny wypoczynek. Dzieci zadowolone z dużej ilości atrakcji. Obsługa na najwyższym poziome, szczególne podziękowania dla Halduna za świetną opiekę i zrozumienie. Zdecydowanie polecam ten hotel każdemu, kto szuka relaksu, świetnej obsługi i wakacji bez stresu.

We loved the place even though it was low season. There were many activities to be done: darts, volleyball and more. The best was the kids’ club where our 6 year old daughter enjoyed herself very much every day for 2 hours. She spent them with very nice teachers in crafting and playing games. We had buffet 3 times a day with very good, fresh and tasty food with a lot of variations. Recommended place to go for a family vacation with kids.

Otele 1 nisanda giriş yaptım. Bu mevsimde otel olanakları Yaz sezonu gibiydi. Aqualar, açık havuzlar hepsi aktifti. Kızlarım aqua da çok eğlendi. Yemek çeşitliliği çok fazla, lezzetleri harika, asla aç kaldım begenmedim diyemezsiniz. Otel çalışanları güler yüzlü ilgili, en küçük şikayete bile imkan bırakmamışlar, şikayet edeceğiniz bir durum asla söz konusu degil. Animatör arkadaşlar günün tüm saatine etkinlik ayarlamışlar hiç boş Zamanınız olmuyor. Aile yada çift olarak kesinlikle tavsiye ederim. Yaz döneminde tekrar görüşmek üzere xanthe ailesi.

Otel de 3 gün kalma fırsatımız oldu. Ben otel için 3 puan veriyorum öncelikli olarak verdiğim puanlar yemekler için çeşitleri fazlaydı ve lezzetliydi. Hamamda bulunan naci arkadaşımız çok temiz çalışıyordu ve ilgiliydi.Animasyonda da Samet ve Leo da çok ilgiliydi etkiliklerde çok güzel efor sağlıyorlardı. Otelin eksi yanlarına gelirse m pastane bölümünde Türklere olan ilgi çok iyi değil yabancılara ilgi daha fazla özellikle Berkan bey için bunu diyebilirim. Kapalı havuz temizliği ve havalandırması daha geliştirilebilir.

3 gece otelde kaldık.Öncelikle Otelin yeri iyi. İlk girişte resepsiyonda bulunan İsmailin beyin müşteri ilişkisi ve üslubu sıfır bunu başta belirtmek istiyorum.Yemekler çeşit olarak çok fazla ve güzel,restoranttaki arkadaşları özellikle belirtmek istiyorum çok ilgili masaya oturur oturmaz hemen ilgileniyorlar.Otel calisanlari genel olarak cana yakin sadece bazen yabanci turistlerle daha fazla samimi oluyorlar ve Aşağıda pastane bölümünde bulunan bazı arkadaşlar özellikle Berkan bey yabancı turistlere ekstra ayrıcalık gösterip onlara hazırladıkları içecekleri ve Türkler için hazırladıkları sunumlar aynı olmayabiliyordu yabancılara daha güler yüzlüler yani yabancı turistleri memnun etme odaklı. Bu otel için bir eksiydi.Son olarak Animasyon ve aktivitelerde bulunan Samet ve Leo arkadaşımız ***et güzel ilgiliydi onlara teşekkür etmek isterim.

We had a great time at the Tui Blue Xanthe. Tui just needs to make clear when the pools are closed and open from as we had expected to make use of more pools than were available however the indoor pool and Nur spa was lovely and the beach section was great. We had a great time doing aqua aerobics with Cigdem and enjoyed the evening entertainment the team put on. Meals were lovely and the Turkish dining experience at the restaurant was great! The bar staff were incredible, special shout out to Volkan who was great to talk to and made fantastic cocktail. Muhammet in the lobby bar also did an incredible job and was excellent at making drinks. They were incredible. All in all it was a great out of season holiday, just make sure you are aware of the closures and don’t mind bumping in to a large number of sports teams that seem to use the resort in the off season.

Samet has impressed us immensely with his entertainment skills. His organisation and ability to encourage guests of many nationalities to interact and enjoy themselves has been of the same high standard on every occasion we have participated in the events in which he's involved.

The service was amazing and samet was the best and most funniest worker there I loved him he made me feel so welcome and osman he was great he was always easy to talk to and leo was amazing at all the games I loved it here 100 percent coming back next year
