There is a shuttle between the hotel and the airport (for a fee). On the beach are sun loungers, sun umbrellas and beach towels available. At the beach there is a bar serving refreshing drinks. To reach the beach a shuttle is provided. The air-conditioned hotel is equipped with a 24h reception (check-in is possible around the clock), a lobby bar, Wi-Fi, internet access, a lift, a shop, a boutique, a hairdresser, a jacuzzi, showers and changing rooms, a first aid kit, parking spaces as well as a TV lounge. This is a awful resort they dried to discriminite me kicked me out from room 7477 huge misunderunderstanding and communicaiton amongst staff dont waste your money guys they also dont clean your rooms the filthy creautures! Worst resort and catfished me from the pictures.

This was our second time back in about 5 weeks, we also stayed in August for a week. Honestly it was the best holiday. The staff are so friendly and go above and beyond, including the Shisha guy, Ali on the bar who always remembered our order without the need to ask (no ice!) Our criticism would be the management need to do more, especially when following up on things we have said and spend less time micro managing the staff. Especially on the gala night, they work so hard to get everything set up. Our holiday was made the best by two people particularly. Eray, who was always coming to make us happy and Umut. Umut went above and beyond to make our stay special, he always chatted with us and went out of his way to ensure our nights were amazing. Although we didn't win the bingo, cher-ching! We may not be back again but we hope they see this and want them to know how much we appreciated their time and company and we will miss them! Finally, great kebaps!!!!! Laura & Natalia xx

The hotel is very nice, the hotel animation team is wonderful, Mr. Umut and Mr. Eray were super interested, regardless of the people. We had a wonderful 4 days. We absolutely loved staying at the Riolavitas. It was very clean, modern and the staff were all fantastic - especially our favourite membebr of staff Umut. Umut was absolutely amazing! He warmly welcomed us at the start of our stay, and every day of our holiday he was so friendly and helpful and always made our entire family smile and laugh. Throughout our 2 weeks at Riolavitas, Umut done his very best to accommodate us in every way possible. He really is an asset to Riolavitas. Thank you Umut! Sending warm wishes to you from England

Good entertainment and the team are brilliant funny and caring. Entertainment in the evenings are good. Foods lovely. Il definitely come back with my family. My kids loved the slides and Umut kamer is lovely. Kids have learnt to swim on their own

The staff had courtesy from the security to the porters were here to satisfy us. It was great experience. I enjoy the entertainment and the room services as okay. Ugur was happy to help me suprise my wife abbey on her birthday with cakes and flowers and balloons. It was a perfect get away.

I liked the room, entertainment team including ilayda, nilüfer, umut, eray the beach side also the area at the pool and the activities throughout the day with the personal trainers. Everything was very pleasant including the staff, the rooms were always clean.

AVOID AVOID AVOID Down on heel and run on a cheap budget with cost cutting measures everywhere you look. This hotel isn’t even worthy of 3 stars. I could write all day about how disappointing this place is. Oh and don’t leave any change in your room or the cleaners will have it. Shame on you Riolavitas AVOID AVOID AVOID
