This hotel is located at a very nice location. Mesmerizing views from room and balcony. Each room is available with a balcony.Excellent hospitality, very polite staff. Clean and specious rooms, extremely delicious food. This is a perfect and family friendly hotel.

The hotel is great, with great view, when you book the room, chose the room with a mountain view. It's worth it . Pros: Food is great, but comes with bit higher price. Staff is very helpful. Cons: Rooms are not soundproof and location is a bit far from the main road, so book this hotel only if you have your own vehicle all the time. Also, there is high traffic on the road, so if you take this hotel, you'll get stuck in traffic when you try to cross the mall road, be it sightseeing or atal tunnel.

Best experience of Manali. Room services were fantastic. Peaceful location. Staff behaviour were polite and quick response. Rooms were near and clean. Lot of varities of breakfast and food was tasty. Awesome view of mountains from balcony.

Really good place and beautiful location. The staff was really courteous and helped each time. Excellent and fresh food. They also supported with local vehicle which was really good and driver was well familiar with the place and made our holidays more enjoyable.

Good stay overall. The view from the balcony is just mind blowing and that's the unique thing I liked about this property. They can improve on food though. I also like to thank Manoj who is our car driver, he helped us explore the city and also took us to Rohtang pass and finally dropped us off at Kasol.

Good things first: 1. The mesmerizing view: Leave the room, take your coffee head to the balcony. The nature's IMAX is waiting for you. The picturesque landscape of Manali with snowcapped mountains right there for you. One of the best views you can ever wish. 2. Rooms and cleanliness: Large rooms, top notch cleanliness good for families and people with hygiene worries. 3. Staff: Very soft spoken and respectful staff. They try to get all off your needs addressed. This more has to do with the overall hospitality of HP. What can be improved: 1. Food: Breakfast is repetitive. If you are staying for multiple days, it becomes boring. Needs improvement. 2. Toiletries: I stayed in one of their best rooms, yet all i had was a flimsy looking wall despenser with shampoo and bodywash. A small kit is desired specially at higher tier rooms. 3. Quick Fix: As wind speed is generally high, leaving balcony door open for fresh air without any door stopper is a challenge. But its a quick fix. Few other points: Location- Close to private bus stand cabs are easily available Service quality- Good Overall value - 4/5
