Hotel was amazing and the room service was also fast. Highly satisfied with their customer service.

I found the property through the makemytrip and booking experience was smooth also. 1. Initially found the bedsheets and towel dirty, when asked to change they did that without any hesitation. 2. i stayed for 3 days and during that period room service was good. 3. they have their own kitchen to fulfil the need of food for the guest, found the test good. Though the tests scale of coffee were fluctuating 😋 4. other than that, property is little bit far from the mall road. if you want to avoid the hassle and bustle then you can choose this peppery. 5. didn’t found any point to hang the clothes, they have a closet though. 6. if you can't tolerate the cold and look for a room heater then you wouldn’t found it. personal rattling: 4/5 recommended: yes

Location very congested for people who are coming via their own vehicle. Wash basin tap is loose. Chairs provided in room needs cleaning and maintenance….

After staying at thakur hotel, i got a new experience that dishonesty happens in manali too. Even if you don't drink tea, it will be included in the bill, this is such an advanced hotel
