We are very satisfied with this hotels staff.. there are good food quality and service is fabulous. The Reviews are so real, it feels like you are living in a burning hell They provide the worst service that one could ever expect, one’s expectancy would be failed to expect the kind of food you are served. The Room Service is as terrible as food, they don’t respect your opinion and simultaneously try to violate your decisions. They are digitally viable and weak, they refuse the continuous use of Credit Cards and other digital financial methods. They charge money for any aspect of service, as an example - you will be charged for asking to bring your dinner to your room. The Food menu is overpriced and food isn’t worth its price. I would claim my experience as one of the worst experiences of my life as a traveller. Thank You
