All very good generally , good value for money, but WIFI not up to scratch, service good, rooms good, parking adequate, so all v good except for WIFI..................................................................................

Great stay! Hotel is well maintained and clean. Room was nice and quiet and also well maintained! We paid for breakfast for both days and the food was fresh, hot and tasty. This is close to family so very convenient for us, great price! We will return!

Ellie, the receptionist was exceptional. She made us feel welcome upon arrival, dealt with an omission in a prompt and professional way, (one of our rooms was meant to be a twin, which had not been communicated to hotel staff, but Ellie efficiently sought to get her colleague to rectify). She was equally cheerful, friendly and helpful at breakfast, despite the fact she had clearly worked a back to back. She wasn't to know we were there to attend a family funeral, but she helped make a difficult time easier. Her colleague Jane was also good, we just didn't have the same opportunity to interact with her. The staff definitely made the experience, and in positive way.

The staff were excellent and couldn't have been more helpful and friendly and we were very impressed with the service we received from them. The rooms and catering etc were all we have come to expect from Premier Inn; to a very high standard and always consistently good. We will definitely return again!

Friendly efficient staff, comfortable room, good food, made to feel welcome. We were in Malvern to visit a sick family member. The welcome comfort and good food was just what we needed. This is our favourite among the premiere inns we have stayed in, though the stands in general in this chain are very high

Amazing low price for NYE Perfect stay Clean comfy rooms Free tea etc Kettle and decent hairdryer Good shower with gel and handwash Friendly staff Easy check in Safe free carpark well lit. Short drive from town centre but probably a bus too as nr Aldi and an independent Spa !

From start to finish the staff were absolutely brilliant. They were kind, patient and so very polite. The rooms were very comfortable and clean. Well done yet again. This was our third year staying and it has been just faultless. Thank you so very much.

Great stay, rooms very comfortable and had good night sleep. WiFi was a bit erratic so had to pay for the upgraded WiFi. Hotel was really busy with people going to same event as I was attending but plenty of parking and staff very organised to deal with the big queue of people checking-in. Had evening meal which was decent. Breakfast was very good, lots of choice and freshly cooked.
