You pull up to your Malibu mountainside home and take in the panoramic views of the ocean, and suddenly get the urge to book a surfing lesson at Zuma beach. Walking through your Malibu oasis you'd be forgiven to think you've been transported to a Mediterranean island, you take a seat outside on a bench, and listen to the sounds of birds chirping in the sun. Your friend hands you a badminton racket and sternly says "meet you on the court", you casually stroll over and win the game, no sweat. You pop a bottle of Malibu's finest and take in your victory as you watch the stars light up the sky from your hot tub. Whether you're in town to tan, surf, hike, rub shoulders with celebrities or go wine tasting, this house is the perfect sanctuary to call home with those you love. All AvantStay guests have access to our 24/7 guest experience line, a dedicated hospitality manager, and hotel-grade amenities. Parking Details: 5 cars can fit on the driveway. 3 street parking spaces. We are not responsible for mail or packages that are shipped to the property. We do not have access to the mailboxes at many of our homes and cannot retrieve mail for our guests. If you choose to ship an item or mail to the property, AvantStay is unable to receive or sign for the items on your behalf. We are not liable for items shipped to the property that are lost, stolen, or otherwise not received. As our guests, we kindly ask that you respect our neighbors and the community by adhering to our house rules, keeping all outside noise to a minimum, and following shelter-in-place guidelines. We will not tolerate any excessive noise or partying and have the right to vacate you from the property should this be an issue.
