Ikaros Beach, Luxury Resort & Spa - Adults Only

My Husband and I stayed here in May we had a fabulous room with pool overlooking the seafront it was absolutely faultless! The resort is Beautiful and very well designed its just like a Cretan Village lots of different walkways and beautiful Gardens. As we were in a suite we got to use the Ayeri Restaurant for Breakfast and Dinner. Breakfast was delicious... The lady who looked after us each morning was so attentive and really couldn't do enough for us she is excellent at her job and should be commended. The Restaurants had a selection of food catering for all ...it has to be said the quality was not always great but we did find something to eat each day. We went to En Lefko once and the lady serving was very good but the food was disappointing to say the least. Our biggest gripe about the holiday especially as it is supposedly 5 star ...was the bar service.... Shocking is all I can say...my husband and I run hotels in the UK and if we provided bar service like this we wouldnt be trading for very long. We felt like we were a nuisance to them ...you would wait for up to 15 minutes to get some acknowledgement they would then take your order and wait for another 15 minutes to get a drink. Then same again for a refill. Nobody .....especially in The Bar by reception were walking around the bar checking if customers wanted more drinks...no eye contact...manager waltzes in chats doesn't concern himself with the customers just no interaction at all. Considering this is 5 Star this is unacceptable service we paid a lot of money to visit your hotel and I believe that service is the most important thing you should provide your guests. We have stayed at various hotels in Greece all 5 star where they provide service around the pool and to the swim up,pool rooms we feel this is something you are lacking in and should introduce. The rest of the staff around the resort were very helpful and friendly This resort is truly beautiful and if you just tweak some of the service issues it would be 5 star.

My wife and I stayed all-inclusive at the Ikaros Beach Resort because of our 30 years together. We felt like we were in paradise! We treated ourselves to a massage at the beautifull spa on location. Tina and Lafkis were amazing! Constatina and Marianne were very helpfull. Our bungalow with seaview was very comfortable and kept very clean and orderly by the house maid Catharina. We really enjoyed strolling through the resort with the beautifull gardens and views of the nearby sea. The restaurants were amazing! Everyday was a joy to go to breakfast, lunch and dinner. We also liked the different pools and beach very much! The staff is very friendly.

Ikaros Hotel & Spa is a nice hotel and looks like a tiny village. Everyone is friendly and helpfull. I had two appointments at the Spa. Kostas helped me so much with the massage, so that I am relaxed. I am so happy about it. So I have to thanl you, Kostas, for the treatment.

The best holiday ever.We went on may at ikaros beach hotel a huge hotel with frienbly The food was very good.The dest part of the holiday was the massage by Aegeo spas.kostas is the best physiotherapist i d love the cretan massage and his golden Definitely i would go again.He helped me in all the guestions i had very professional.Thank you Kostas!!!

Rooms were tidy and very comfortable. Staff very friendly. Pools were clean and always beds available there and on the beach. Food was very good, great choice and always plenty of room. Lovely hotel would thoroughly recommend.!!!!!!!!!!
