Das Zimmer lag abseits des eigentlichen Hotels im Wohnbereich des Personals, wodurch keine Hotelatmosphäre aufkam und es unangenehm war, mitten im Alltag der Mitarbeiter untergebracht zu sein.

Lovely food and plenty of options - easy parking and Malia town was lovely- all inclusive drinks were good quality - can pay extra for more expensive options . It’s was very tidy but room cleaning is sparodic . We had a superior swim up room which was very nice but would choose a room further away from the pool bar next time and we had very noisy neighbours ( not the hotels fault- but couldn’t change rooms so lack of sleep ruined it a little for us) Would definitely go back

Relaxing stay on the beach with a modern vibe in the communal areas. Handy shop outside on the doorstep. Wide variety of food available which changes each night.

Das Hotel an sich ist gut. Essen ist super, Pool und Strand auch. Allerdings war das Zimmer nicht gut vor allem das Bad. Der Boden von der Dusche war schräg so dass das Wasser das ganze Bad überflutete. Da keine Lüftung vorhanden war, blieb es Stunden lang nass auch vor den Toiletten. Zimmerservice hat in 7 Tagen, trotz 2 Tage hintereinander Beschwerde an der Rezeption, das Bad nie geputzt. Nur die Handtücher wurden täglich gewechselt. Bett wurde auch nicht gemacht, Bettlacken wurde einfach zusammen gefaltet und auf das Bett gelegt. Die Beschwerde wurden einfach von der Rezeption nicht wahr genommen und ich wurde vertröstet. Nach 2 Tagen gab ich dann auf. Für einen 4 Sternen Hotel hätte ich etwas anderes erwartet

4 étoiles ??? Pas certaine…. Piscine qui ferme de bonne heure environ 20h et qui ouvre tard le matin vers 9h45, les chaises payantes sur la plage avec beaucoup de rocher dans l’eau donc soulier d’eau recommandé. Chambre sur vue des tuyaux, faux gazon synthétique à des endroits et installer de façon complètement pas esthétique ( ça l’air fou!), ouverture tard le matin du bar à la piscine, les repas étaient correcte mais le jus ne goûtait rien les premiers jours très très dilué. À la réception, bonne accueil et souriante. Bref, ce n’est vraiment pas un 4 étoiles!

Mi experiencia en el Malia Bay Beach Hotel & Bungalows fue absolutamente fantástica. El hotel está perfectamente ubicado, a pocos pasos de una playa hermosa y tranquila, ideal para relajarse. Las instalaciones son modernas, limpias y muy bien cuidadas, lo que demuestra la atención al detalle del personal. La comida fue otro punto destacado. Tanto el desayuno como las cenas ofrecían una gran variedad de opciones frescas y deliciosas, con especial atención a los sabores locales. El equipo del hotel fue excepcional: amable, atento y siempre dispuesto a ayudar. Agradezco especialmente al personal de recepción, que hizo todo lo posible para que nuestra estancia fuera inolvidable. Recomiendo este hotel tanto para familias como para parejas que busquen un lugar tranquilo y bien atendido para disfrutar de Creta. ¡Definitivamente volveremos!

¡Me encantó mi estancia en el Malia Bay Beach Hotel & Bungalows! El lugar es simplemente increíble: justo al lado de una playa preciosa, perfecta para desconectar y disfrutar del mar. El hotel está súper limpio y tiene todo lo que necesitas para unas vacaciones cómodas. La comida estaba deliciosa, con un montón de opciones para todos los gustos. Lo que realmente hizo que esta experiencia fuera especial fue el personal. Todo el equipo fue súper amable y siempre estaban ahí para ayudarte con una sonrisa. Si buscas un lugar bonito, tranquilo y con buen ambiente en Creta, este es el lugar. ¡No puedo esperar para volver!
