Al principio tuvimos un problema con la gestión de la reserva que fue un fastidio a la llegada, pero luego nos compensaron por lo sucedido, quedando satisfechos! Y la relación calidad /precio hace que sea aceptable en general , si no eres muy exigente! Ubicación buena

If you are like I was and worrying about this hotel after the ridiculous harsh reviews please don't!! My partner and I were over the moon with our stay. Clean, nice rooms, fluffy comfy pillows, nice relaxing pool area, nice cocktails & mocktails choice at the bar. Yes it's basic but it's also cheap! Breakfast continental, don't expect full English in Spain!! But there is something for everyone. I didn't like the hot breakfast so had lots of toast & fruit. The hot buffet dinner the same, something everyone would eat & try new foods. Saved some money eating the buffet a couple times. Most staff DO speak enough English to talk to. We make an effort to say basic words in Spanish to them and they will make the effort back! They were really helpful. We were 6th floor and could hear the club in the background at night, along with other music in the tourist area, it wasn't overpowering and we did sleep fine, they give you earplugs in the room so not an issue. Basically expect the food not to be English, expect the people to be Spanish and expect to hear the tourist area you've chosen to go to and you will have a good holiday!!!

I do not recommend this hotel to anyone, honestly, this hotel is not worth more than 1 star, the first one, bed bugs, the music plays all night, it is impossible to get a rest, the bed is a tragedy, you will wake up like a broken person, when you report the bugs, they just say they are very sorry, give another one rooms and they give another dirty room discussed My holiday was broken!! Never back!!

from good; affordable price, presence of a swimming pool on site, good location, polite staff, well-groomed territory. From bad; a nightclub in the hotel itself, from which few can sleep because there are very strong vibrations along the walls every night until 5 am

Me and my partner stayed here for 9 days and our experience wasn't super bad, but it wasn't great either. The good things about the hotel is the location, you're minutes away from amazing food spots, shops, the beach and stores, but thats sadly the only good thing we experienced with this hotel. The pool is freezing and small, the food was average but mostly it caused me and my partner a weird feeling in our stomachs each time we had breakfast at the hotel, the staff is pretty rude, especially the ones by the pool/bar, they get mad/annoyed when you can't speak spanish. The only staff that was kind to us were the ladies of housekeeping and the security of the hotel, i don't know their names but there were two men that helped us a lot when we filed a noise complaint. Now about the noise... it's a extremely noisy hotel. The walls seem paper thin and you can hear EVERYTHING, even the shower of the people next door. There's a nightclub under the hotel, you will hear the music from 22:00pm till 06:00am so if you're looking for a hotel where you can get enough sleep and rest this hotel isn't the one for you. If you're going with friends who like to party all night and hang by the beach/pool all day then this hotel is perfect. ps: check the local news before booking this hotel, when we arrived there was a youth football tournament going on so the hotel was filled with young kids who were banging the walls, running after one another in the halls, yelling and blasting loud music even after 12am while their coaches did nothing about it expect say "boys will be boys" we were lucky that the hotel security were also getting annoyed by their behavior.
