設施：應有盡有，就是衹有毯子沒有被子 衞生: 這個就不得不説一下，早餐煎蛋的大哥了，一雙手套，可以煎蛋打蛋也可以推垃圾桶T_T 環境：位置OK ，這附近全是酒店，都很便利。需要注意，5月份入住OK，屋裡味道很大可以開窗通風。但是，如果窗户關起來，晚上會悶醒。 服務：蠻好的

Hemos pasado un finde genial ! Muy buena valoración en líneas generales pero hacer una valoración muy positiva para la "La comida" de este hotel y el servicio y en especial a la "maitre" Sra.Lola que nos ha tratado genial!

Para desconectar del día a día , solo ha sido un fin de semana pero nos ha ido muy bien para volver a la rutina mañana

La piscina principal no es muy grande. La de la terraza tiene unas vistas espectaculares. La climatizada está bien. El servicio fue muy amable. Para ir a la playa hay que pasar por debajo de las vías del tren. La decoración de las habitaciones y de los pasillos es muy actual. La habitación está muy bien.

Personal muy amable y el bufet muy bueno, con mucha variedad

The hotel is really close to the beach and all amenities. Has a really nice pool terrace and viewings are spectacular. What really impressed me were the staff members in the restaurant area. They all really friendly, helpful and hard working individuals. A big thank you all of them

The perfect week’s holiday. We came on the last week of May 2025 with friends. The hotel is spotlessly clean, rooms are cleaned daily and the cleaning staff do an excellent job. We chose the all inclusive option and the food was very good with lots of choices. A special mention must go to Lola, such a lovely lady who ran the restaurant, she worked so hard to make sure everyone was happy and the place ran like clockwork. All in all it was a memorable holiday and we’ll certainly be returning.

We had a fabulous weekend and were very well looked after by all of the staff... The manageress ensured that we had something to eat in the restaurant as we arrived after dinner service had ended. Lola in the restaurant was a wonderful whirlwind constantly checking everyone was happy. The self service restaurant had an excellent selection of food which was very fresh and tasty. The bar staff were friendly and efficient and Oscar on the entertainment team was great fun. The hotel was spotless, the adults only rooftop pool was lovely, and and our triple room had a balcony with sea views. Excellent value for money. Thanks for a fantastic trip - The ladies in room 415

DO NOT GO TO THIS HOTEL they are theives had something stolen out my room after cleaners going in and no help was given to us just saying nothing they can do toilet was constantly flushing very loud food is terrible you have to ask for them to put your air con on it’s not automatic

The hotel is very clean and rooms cleaned everyday and fresh towels, all the staff at reception, dining and bar were all helpful and friendly. We were all inclusive, drinks selection very good, not so much choice for cocktails but everything else regarding drinks spot on, plus you get glasses and not plastic cups! Food, great selections of food, all fresh and a cooking station where the chef would freshly cook chicken, steak etc. They had a theme for evening meals, as well as the usual foods. Only down side was food didn't stay hot for long and sometimes took a little while for the staff to get your drink. Didn't go in the pool but there were people in there, found the rooftop terrace and pool on the last day, no bar though and not clearly signed that it's on the 6th floor, plenty of seating and sunbeds around the two pools and kids pool also there is a grassed area around the side which is a nice sun trap and sheltered from the wind. Entertainment advertised by dining hall but didn't say where they were taking place (morning and afternoon activities) evening entertainment was ok but not the best! Plenty of places to walk, eat and drink just outside the hotel. The beach is a little bit of a walk as the is a train track in the middle of the road so you have to walk (about 500 metres) to get to the bridge then under the tracks, nice clean beach and nice to walk along the path.

Amazing service great food friendly staff beautiful views and pools. Catering for vegetarians. Will visit again soon. Easy to get to. Big carpark. Roof top swimming pool in door heated swimming out doorpool. sauna gym. Buffet style food lots of choice.

- Lovely staff, particularly the manager in the restaurant. She was so friendly, but also making sure that the buffet was running smoothly at all times. - Great variety in the all inclusive menu including a wide range of cocktails, beers, wines, coffees, soft drinks. - Very easy to get to the beach - Lovely (but small) heated indoor pool which was great when the weather wasn't good as the outdoor pool wasn't heated (we went in April).

I arrived at 4 am in santa susanna and the hotel was full, I asked to stay in the reception while I found another one cause it was really cold outside, and they just didn’t let me in. I know they are not obliged to do it, but kindness doesn’t only gotta be fake with paying clients.

Good location, close to the beach and shops. Friendly and helpful staff at the reception. The rooms are very comfortable and quiet. On the same floor as the restaurant, they have a gym, the indoor pool and the kids club. At the restaurant, they serve a very good buffet. You can also eat at the terrace. A special thanks to the staff at the reception and to the technician guy who came quickly to fix a small technical issue.
