An amazing experience. The hotel feels more like a small hamlet, where you can wonder through little 'streets', stay in beautiful low key chic rooms, and eat Michelin star food. Which was a definite highlight. But the service from pre-visit organisation, to front of house during the stay, the spa team, and everyone in the restaurant and bar area, really stand out.

Beautiful hotel and situated on the side of small mountain top. Very nice people / staff. Hotel is well appointed and the food is excellent. Taxi drops you on the street and you wander for about 75 meters through a walled vicolo and enter into a small paradise. Would definitely come back. Old world meets new. Terrific.

Very nice hotel,very nice furniture the only thing I didn’t like was the food at breakfast but the staff was very nice and very nice pool but the hotel is very nice and big it’s very fancy and it’s very expensive and for a wine tasting very expensive

Our room brought tears to my eyes! It was so beautiful with stunning, collectable Italian furniture, beautiful floor tiles, incredible sunrise views over Stromboli. The hotel had everything - the most amazing spa area that we discovered too late, super friendly and attentive staff, incredible Michelin and casual restaurants with the most amazing views. Lush gardens full of herbs, pomegranates, lemons, bergamots and a myriad of sitting areas, all with incredible views. A slight shabbyness which made it feel like you were in someone's old Italian villa. We were all devastated to be leaving after 3 nights. Just beautiful. Any negatives in the one or 2 star reviews we found completely unimportant if you are looking for an authentic, dreamy experience.

I can't fault the staff or facilities at Hotel Signum. I had booked it for a short weekend getaway with my girlfriend. My only regret is that I didn't book a longer stay. The place is just magical. Individual rooms nestled between groves of lemon trees and flowers. The smells and sounds just exude relaxation and luxury. We had a great deluxe room which ofered some amazing terrace views out onto the coast. Along with the surroundings, I think the only only thing that makes the place more magical is the staff. Everyone from the front of house team to the waiting staff at breakfast and at the Michelin restaurant were so inviting, helpful and friendly. I had been in touch with the Signum team prior to arriving on the trip as I wanted to propose to my girlfriend on Salina. They were so helpful with organising some nice touches and even liasing directly with the phtograpgher I had arranged to work out the best place to propose. The only thing I would say is be mindful that it does take alot of time to get from the airport to the island and so factor that in. This isn't hidden on the hotel websitr, but I didn't fully appreciate it until closer to the time.

Perfect hotel for a couple, family, or solo travel. Beautiful grounds that immerse you in the gorgeous landscape. Excellent food, drink and service. Pool is stunning with views of the ocean. Walk to the beach with path from hotel. Spa with multiple jacuzzis. We had spa and breakfasts upgrade, I suggests doing this. The town Malfa is classy and peaceful. Very small town, with a delicious cafe- Irish Cafe. Walking distance to the port. The hotel arranged a private boat tour, group boat tour, and a few cabs. Thank you to Emanuela for your service. Other staff to thank are Luca, Josephine and the breakfast staff. We are from NYC and we loved getting out of the hustle and bustle, on a quiet italian island. Unbeatable views, peace, tranquility and good food. This is definitely best choice of hotel on the Aeolian Islands. I suggest 4-5 nights minimum.

I can't recommend Hotel Signum in Salina highly enough! From the moment we arrived, we were enveloped in a warm and welcoming atmosphere that perfectly balances chic luxury with genuine hospitality. Our room was beautifully designed—spacious, stylish, and filled with thoughtful details that made our stay feel extra special. The breakfast was delicious, featuring fresh, local ingredients that set a perfect tone for the day. But the dining experience was truly out of this world; each meal was a culinary delight that showcased the best of Sicilian cuisine. A special shoutout to Laura, who was indispensable throughout our stay. She accommodated every request with grace and even organized a surprise for my wife’s birthday, making it a day we will never forget. The entire staff was friendly and helpful, ensuring that we felt taken care of from start to finish. Hotel Signum is a rare gem that leaves you wanting to return time and again. It’s a place where luxury meets warmth, and every moment is infused with care. Don’t miss the chance to experience this enchanting hotel!

What I liked the context and the location, a few steps from the center of the Malfa village, the restaurant area snd above all the kindness of Graziana during breakfast. I think the hotel should review completely the room! Too old in furniture, most of them useless! Our bathroom was in part inagibile (lavatory and shower). Other negative aspect: timing during dinner service (1 hour before being served the 1st dish, when it arrived, it was cold!). Too many people without real expertise!

If you want to find paradise in Italy, look no further. This hotel provided world class (Michelin star) food, wine and service in a remote, unspoiled botanic location. I could think of no place better to unwind and relax. They provided a seamless experience, from their scooters to organizing excursions.
