Perfect hotel for a couple, family, or solo travel. Beautiful grounds that immerse you in the gorgeous landscape. Excellent food, drink and service. Pool is stunning with views of the ocean. Walk to the beach with path from hotel. Spa with multiple jacuzzis. We had spa and breakfasts upgrade, I suggests doing this. The town Malfa is classy and peaceful. Very small town, with a delicious cafe- Irish Cafe. Walking distance to the port. The hotel arranged a private boat tour, group boat tour, and a few cabs. Thank you to Emanuela for your service. Other staff to thank are Luca, Josephine and the breakfast staff. We are from NYC and we loved getting out of the hustle and bustle, on a quiet italian island. Unbeatable views, peace, tranquility and good food. This is definitely best choice of hotel on the Aeolian Islands. I suggest 4-5 nights minimum.

What I liked the context and the location, a few steps from the center of the Malfa village, the restaurant area snd above all the kindness of Graziana during breakfast. I think the hotel should review completely the room! Too old in furniture, most of them useless! Our bathroom was in part inagibile (lavatory and shower). Other negative aspect: timing during dinner service (1 hour before being served the 1st dish, when it arrived, it was cold!). Too many people without real expertise!

If you want to find paradise in Italy, look no further. This hotel provided world class (Michelin star) food, wine and service in a remote, unspoiled botanic location. I could think of no place better to unwind and relax. They provided a seamless experience, from their scooters to organizing excursions.

Our stay at Hotel Signum was far above our expectations. Service at Reception, staff for housekeeping, restaurant team, all ready to to tend to the smallest details very impressive for a small island. The one star Michelin restaurant was absolutely wonderful. Creative menu with local ingredients all with an impeccable service. We will come back.

My wife and I came to spend a few days of our honeymoon here and we couldn’t have made a better choice. We loved the mix of luxury with the authentic family feel you get both when you arrive and throughout your stay. Both the food at the Michelin Restaurant and at the Bistrot were very good. We also got to enjoy the spa which was included in our room rate, and an absolute dream.

I visited Hotel Signum with my family of 5 in mid June. The staff was extremely welcoming and forthcoming, all very nice and enthusiastic with the kids. Our room, equipped with all possible amenities, had a spectacular sea view terrace overlooking the gorgeous infinity pool. We got a chance to relax while the children got to have fun, they absolutely loved it! We hope to be able to come back very soon.

We stayed at Hotel Signum for a couple nights at the end of September. Our Executive room was absolutely gorgeous, it had a terrace overlooking the pool, with an absolutely breathtaking view of Stromboli and Panarea. The property is beautiful, surrounded by different citrus trees and all kinds of flowers. You can really feel how authentic the place is, and how every detail is chosen with care. The staff is very helpful and satisfied any request we had. We can’t wait to return next year!

This was our second time at Hotel Signum - we stayed over 20 years ago and finally made it back for our 25th anniversary. So glad we came back and experienced the same warm hospitality and relaxed luxury. Signum is a family run hotel- the adult children have now taken the reigns and have continued their parent’s tradition with even more modern amenities. We had an elegantly simple room overlooking the pool and Mediterranean. The views from the terrace will take your breath away. The staff go above and beyond to provide anything you might need. We enjoyed the electric scooters, the pool, the walk to the beach- it’s a rocky, dramatic, Mediterranean cove surrounded by cliffs. The food is incredible, as is the spa. One tip- include the breakfast in your room rate because you will want to be out on the terrace in the morning. Otherwise it’s a short walk to the excellent cafe in the village of Malfa. Congratulations Hotel Signum- our happy place.

I've been with my partner, early June after a tough period of work. This is not the first time. We both needed a relaxing, charming and home feeling place. Since our arrival (the hotel is not on the road and the taxi driver left us 50 meters from the entrance: a nice walk surrounded by flowers and aeolian architecture. I can say that the walk is part of the Signum experience), we felt on holiday. The staff was smiling and so helpful: they recognize us. The room was bright, spacious with the amenities we supposed. We asked for a couple of things to have in the room and they arrived after a few minutes. The breakfast improved a lot: one of the best hotel breakfast I've ever had. I loved the new bar terrace in front of Panarea and Stromboli and also the cocktails and the list of cocktails. It is not a cheap place but I can say that the price is coherent with the services offered. Thanks a lot to Giulio, Sonia and the front office: we felt pampered by them. Thanks also to the smiling Graziana and the breakfast staff. We will come back!
