We had a great time with our friends there. The location of the hotel is very close to the beach and also the bus station, there are restaurants and supermarkets nearby. The rooms were big with balconies and sea view, equipped with all the necessary things(stuff for the kitchen, hairdryer....) The room was cleaned every day, towels changed...The breakfast was very delicious and for all tastes. Each day was something new and interesting to eat both sweet and savory beside the classic eggs, ham, yogurt... We had a wonderful stay thanks to the help offered by the hotel staff who were extremely kind and eager to make our stay as beautiful as possible.

An amazing hotel in Herakleion not so far away from the centre. The location is perfect if you want to relax. I traveled for work and it was just what I wanted. Katerina at reception and Roksana at the Restaurant/Bar went above and beyond to make my stay as comfortable as possible. A real value for money hotel with great facilities. Thank you for your hard work !

what a welcoming and happy reception team, they were just lovely and we always had a giggle at some point in the day. I loved my stay here and felt very safe and comfortable. My room was a good size with a great shower! The beach is literally about a 3 minute walk away and the bus to Heraklion about 20 mins by bus. It was very peaceful when i went and would def recommend, i will be back! Thank you for making my stay so memorable.

I would love to be able to write a review for the restaurant, but after being ignored for 15 minutes we left. The waitress who saw us arrive as she was serving another couple left and didn't return. The chef who bought out food to the adjacent table didn't make eye contact, let alone offer a menu. More interaction from the cat! Looks a lovely place, we have one more week here, don't know whether we'll try again.

Arrived and already the staff was extremely welcoming tam and Sophia and helped when struggling to find out booking made to feel at home with no hassle. Room was spotless with good bathroom facilities and air conditioning. The garden and pool area is beautiful. The reception staff was also very useful especially elizabeth when wanting to book taxis or find placed to go she also helped us figure out the buses. This hotel is unreal and very underrated, cannot wait to stay again!

We stayed at the hotel from 25-10-2023 to 1-11-2023 The staff were very welcoming & helpful, especially Elizabeth on reception. Our room was a good size & very clean as was the whole hotel. We had a good sea view from our balcony. The bed was very comfortable & clean. Towels were changed as & when we requested. There were small bottles of body/shampoo in the shower/bathroom. The self service breakfast was excellent with a very wide choice of both hot & cold food & drink. We did not have any problem with noise. Overall good value for money. A Big "Thank You" to all the staff from M & A Woodward, England.

We arrived in the early hours and was welcomed by the night reception who understood how tired we were so got us checked in quickly. Our rooms were clean and had everything we needed, air con, fridge with bottles of water and a safe. Towels were changed and the rooms were cleaned everyday. The garden area with pool was beautiful. We sat everyday, eating the extensive breakfast that was available, in the large comfortable garden. This hotel had the most amazing staff who couldn’t do enough for you, a special shout-out to Magda who always had a smile and good conversation, she also makes amazing mojitos!

From the minute we arrived we felt so welcome all the way from Scotland by Tam and Sophia. Staff were so friendly and inviting and more than happy to help with any of our needs. The room was very clean, spacious and with a very comfortable bed and a balcony to sit outside. Both the shower and the air conditioning were also very powerful. When going on excursions the staff at the hotel were more than happy to help us with transfers especially Elizabeth, recommending the cheapest and most effective way possible. Elizabeth was also very understanding when we missed our checkout time. Overall a fantastic experience and we can’t wait to return!
