The Falls Montville

Our stay at The Falls was everything we hoped for and more. The cabin was very spacious, the bed was comfortable, the kitchen had everything we needed and best of all, the area was so quiet (despite it being Easter weekend). The little walk to the cabin through the rain forest was a magical little journey every time we left or returned. Montville falls (the entrance to the trail) is only a 10-15 min walk from the cabins, as well as the Kondalilla Restaurant being around the same distance. Our stay was perfect, Alan was very happy to help in anyway he could and the pastries were such a yummy addition to our breakfasts. We will be back, hopefully soon!

Thank you to Allan and Irena who made me and my partners honeymoon the absolute best. Firstly rocking up and being embraced in a welcoming hug from Allan (the fantastic owner) and then being taken to our wonderful cosy cottage. Allan made such a massive effort by congratulating us on our marriage and then going through all the wonderful facilities that came with the Honeymoon package we booked (i.e. fresh eggs and sour dough bread, Maleny yogurts, milk, champagne, port and so much more). The cabin itself was clean and spacious, with a wonderful wood fireplace, spa bath and balcony with amazing nature views. We were then treated with a beautiful BBQ hamper where Irena has made the best stuffed mushrooms plus they provided us top quality steak, chicken, and sausages. Irena also made a wonderful warm potatoes and beautiful salad for us. The next day we were spoiled with a lovely cheese platter and fun facts about montville from Allan. The last day/night of our trip, we were given a relaxing couples massage and then Allan went through tremendous efforts to find us a restaurant where we can dine at, so again he goes above and beyond. The day of our departure Allan was an angel and assisted us with taking our bags back up to our car and said farewell with another warm embracing hug. This was truly a trip to remember and a fantastic place to stay! We will be back for our anniversary. Thank you again Allan and Irena!

What an unexpected gem this location is. From the wonderful views whilst walking to your cottage to the amazing Breakfast supplies left in your fridge including Bacon/Eggs/Yoghurt/Bread/ Fruit/Juice and Milk. Along with Coffee/Tea & Condiments. The host was very accommodating and even provided us with fresh Croissants'/Danishes every morning.

The Falls was the perfect choice for our recent weekend away. We can't fault the hospitality shown by the owners nor the fabulous cottage in which we stayed. We'll definitely be returning and we encourage anyone else wishing some peace to reconnect with their partners to do the same.

This was the most enjoyable couples getaway that I've ever been on. We stayed in the Tamarind cabin, which is surrounded by rainforest, blocking noise and making our stay very private. The bed was comfortable, as were all of the furnishings. Even though the cabin has a beautifully rustic atmosphere it doesn't skimp on modern amenities. We took a package deal which also gave us massages, a bottle of wine, and soaps for the spa. Allan and Aryna are incredibly gracious hosts, who made our stay all the more enjoyable. We had such a good time that we already re--booked for next year.

A lovely weekend getaway for 3 sisters and their partners in 3 of the excellently equipped cottages. Alan was an outstanding host and extraordinarily accommodating with our special situation from the time of our first enquiry. He continued to ensure that all our special needs were met throughout our stay. Each cottage was very comfortable and fully equipped. Soft music playing, and roses and chocolates on arrival set the tone from the very first minute of our stay. A beautifully isolated setting with lovely view from the balcony. A rather steep, but scenic walk to get to the cottage, but Alan made sure that this could be bypassed when necessary. Breakfast provisions were very generous in size and superb in quality with fresh croissants or pastries delivered each morning in addition to all the supplies for a full cooked breakfast that were provided. Alan provided recommendations of local restaurants and was prepared to drop and collect if required. Overall, brilliant service in an outstandingly beautiful location. A lovely weekend that created very special memories.
